Recently we visited Olive Garden my husband and I and two friends. We were at a table where waitress was real new and needed more training desperately. We were all four of us unhappy with our entrees. The men ordered raspberry tea and it was far short of what we always receive there. The waitress did volunteer to bring more but it would have been the same thing so why. Each of us got a pasta dish and was not enough sauce on the pasta. It was very dry and when we ask for more sauce they said there was a charge for it. I have done this many times before and never has been a charge for extra sauce. To me they do not put enough sauce on the pasta to begin with this last time or before but always brought me more with no complaints. They also said to get more raspberry in the tea that would be an extra charge. We were very disappointed in the quantity and quality of the food. The serving portions were very small and our guys are big eaters. We asked for several items a couple of times each and never received them. After a while we just gave up on them. It will be a while before I go back. I dont think this manager that is there now knows what hes doing. There was another table close to us where he came out and talked with them because they asked to see him. So they apparently had a problem too. Upon entering the restaurant we noticed a foul smell like wet carpet. Never did figure out what that was. My husband and I both ordered soup rather than salad and the soup clearly needed more seasoning. Its like they have cut back on everything seasonings, portions, sauces and additives.

My wife and my kids wanted to go eat Olive Garden but I didnt want to go there again based on previous experiences.. Today.. Once again.. we have ordered appetites but it didnt come out which waiter forgot to put in order to kitchen .. I was wondered that why we didnt get our appetites but other table get them which they arrived way later than us.. and the main meal came out about an hour later and entire main meals were dried out and cold which we barely ate them.. We also ordered steak with cream spaghetti but the steak was very salty .. same as you just put salt in your mouth..and other main meal was burnt that my kid couldnt eat and the food was already dried and very awful taste... My wife ordered drink (cocktail) and came out after the meal which waiter just realized that he forgot.. Before and today .. their serve was terrible and foods...of course it wasnt even worth to eat over there again...I spent over $100 .. but not anymore .. We wont be there again .. NEVER AGAIN ... Manager was going to fully refund .. but I wasnt asking for the money .. That very offended me and make me feel so bad that manager asked me that she can refund which I am not the level of other people kind looking for the money back after we ate..

It took over eight minutes to get a drink order placed. It took 15 minutes for the waitress to take our order and she ran off before we completed ordering our lunch. We had to flag down another waitress to complete our order. I ordered the soup and salad our salad was very small and we were never offered refills on the salad and never asked if we wanted cheese on it. I had to request refills on tea and soup. I ordered pasta fagioli soup which was wonderful and for my second bowl I ordered chicken gnocci and had only one dumpling in the whole bowl. Our waitress did not check up on us unless we flag her down at 2 oclock in the afternoon. we have decided to take Olive Garden off of our lunch menu.

I went there for my birthday Monday night. It was not a good experience. We waited for a server to even come to the table about 15 min. Then didnt see her again for about 15 mins. Ordered a drink didnt get it for about 20. The appitizer was clearly sitting under the heating lamp for a while before getting us, got no plates with them with a table of 4. Then about 45 min into the dinner we finally got salad and bread sticks, then the manager was not helpfully and very rude and unprofessional, not to mention two other tables by us were very unhappy also and one actually got up and walked out. It was the only place I wanted for my birthday and the service sucked.

I have been to several Olive Gardens in several different states, and this one is either hit, or horrible miss with the service. From a lack of attentiveness to filling your dipping sauce only halfway & then trying to charge you for a refill, to forgetting completely about you during your dinner, or lunch, and therefore anything else you might need. Id like to add, at all other Olive Gardens when Ive asked for a refill, I got it at no charge. Olive Garden is by far not recognized for its food, its an Italian fix place. Im disappointed that the franchise doesnt keep congruent excellent service that Ive known it for in other areas.

I worked at two OGs (years ago) and this one was by far the better of the two. The staff is run much tighter and more professionally than the other OG I worked at. Everything was smoother. I didnt really like all the additional rules, but they did make for a better overall dining experience. There is usually a wait, but thats with an quality restaurant. They say the best compliment a restaurant can have is for its employees to eat its food even after having cooked, cleaned, served, and scrapped it all day long. I can honestly say, all those years ago, I ate OG every day because I loved it then and love it now. 5 Stars.

Its Olive Garden so you pretty much know what you are getting. As usual, the salad was way over dressed resulting in some vinegar pucker. The breadsticks are delish, but Im unsure how you can pack that many calories into one bread. My steak gorgonzola was slightly over done, but thats really just being picky. The flavor was exactly what Id expect and satisfying. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. This is probably one of the better managed and serviced OGs Ive visited. If you like OG, then youll likely appreciate this one.

the next time i visit, im gonna ask for a manager before i am seated and speak with him about the service that almost sent me to the hospital and took a night of nitroglycerin and other meds to get me back on track all because the waitress did not care about my specifications even though i made it known that i had medical conditions prior to ordering and the table i was seated at that was wiped with a soggy sour smelling dish towel and left wet then my napkin with placements and menu placed on it
