It is also a taco bell...I would give 0 if I could. By far the worst food I have ever tried to eat.. It tasted like some one put KFC grease in my taco meat, tortilla chips were fried in KFC grease; my dogs wouldnt even eat it. Waited 10 min (I was the only one in line for the first 5 min o) for my food after ordering with no explanation as to why. Rude workers wont even look at you when speaking to you or handing you things; so it drops all over the ground and not in your hand. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I didnt even go back for the replacement meal they wanted to give me after speaking to the manager. Read the Facebook reviews.

The staff was more worried about what was going in tonight. One of the workers was very loud and ignorant. While sitting eating my meal another customer when back to the counter to complain about a piece of under cooked chicken. It was clearly bleeding. She instructed the guest that she will not give him the same piece of chicken because he ate off of it!!!! Weow a great example of piss poor customer service!!!! Thanks Alizee you make me want to never eat here again!!!!!

It has been almost 3 weeks when my husband took our food back to get replaced because all the chicken was burnt, the manager said it would take some time to replace it. They asked my husband d if if wanted a coupon in the mail to have the order replaced, he said yes, gave them his name and address. We have yet to receive the replacement coupon. When you spend close to $40 in food, you want to be able to eat it. I guess I will have to go above the managers head.

Restaurant was very dirty. Restrooms were dirtiest I have ever seen in a restaurant. Dining room dirty, trash on floors, fountain area dirty. Wish I had seen this before ordering my food. Employees were just standing around talking. Female cashier was leaning on counter talking to her friend or going out to dining room to talk to friend. Was there for over thirty minutes and never once saw a manager. Food didnt seem very fresh.

The inside DESPERATLY needs some help. ROTTED WOOD on the front desk/register Where tiles are missing. The floor is very slick and greasy! The ONLY pleasant part of this experience was John. This place is just awful right now. Ive given many chances and it fails every time. Ive sat at the speaker and never got my order taken (it was an hour within closing), have sat in the drive thru for 20+ minutes without a car budging, the order is never right and the buffet food is disgusting. Ill never go back.

I have noticed in my fours years of living in this area, this location is consitant in its failure to get things right! tonight I ordered Doritos locos fiery supreme and soft taco, what I received the Doritos fiery shell and a hard shell filled with only meet and wilted slimy brown lettuce. very disappointed

Tried to order a meal that is supposed to feed 8+ people, but we can probably feed 5 at the most. The girl working the counter was very rude. After they forgot our biscuits, we got home to find all of our containers of sides and chicken only half full. Overall, very unhappy with the service.

Pulled into the drive thru at 8:30 pm and finally got to the ordering station at 9pm had to wait an additional 10mins b4 somebody decided to attempt to take my order just to be told that the KFC part closed at 9pm and it was only 9:10pm!!!

What can I say? It fits the bill. Its cheap and has a buffet with good food for the price. Theres an ice cream machine. We stop here often when in Alton for day trips.
