I Eat at this location often and havent had many issues. Me and my GF are vegetarians, so our orders are probably a bit different from whats normally ordered. As such, we expect to occasionally get something extra or forgotten. Though this time, our sandwiches were completely off. Hers had mushrooms, onions and we found a bit of meat( ON A VEGGIE) that I specifically said we did not want on it and mine had mushrooms, black olives and I think it was missing a sauce. Which again was not how i ordered it. I look for certain people to be there to make the sandwiches. I do not exactly trust new people for this very reason. Who does quality control on their orders? If anyone at all.. My gf has sworn off FHS, but I am willing to give them another try - If the people I know make my stuff right are in there....

Firehouse Subs is so much better than Subway. This particular restaurant is a favorite of my son and me when I come down to visit him at school. Always clean, always good service. We stopped here the other night and enjoyed a couple of great sandwiches and drinks from the big, mix-it-any-way-you-want-to, self-serve Coke dispenser. My only beef was that they had no Sun Chips. I dont know if the chain is doing away with Sun Chips, or if this particular store was just out of them. But please, Firehouse Subs, stock the Sun Chips! If youve never eaten at a Firehouse Subs, do yourself a favor and find one and treat yourself to an absolutely delicious sub tonight. You cant go wrong with a fully involved Hook and Ladder.

Great, clean, quick place to pick up a delicious sandwich. Brightly lit franchise with a firehouse theme. A portion of every purchase goes to support emergency response peoples. Employees are quick to greet guests, are helpful, and efficient. They are still paid minimum wage so dont expect them to go above and beyond for you, but they are helpful when its practical. Subs are DELICIOUS but higher in calories and price than other sub/sandwich shops. Parking lot is tiny and crowded, so be careful with other vehicles coming and going.

I only go here because my wife likes the place... When I was in there last right before cclosing. I got home to eat day food and hair was on my sandwich so I wont be back...

Best sandwiches better than Subway. They are friendly and helpful. Wont go anyplace else. Wish they had a drive thru. Im handicapped Id be there quite often.

I generally like firehouse subs but for some reason today, it was not good. The meat had no taste and the sandwich was just soggy and blah. Disappointed.
