So we go here all the time. Service is usually great but today it was horrible!! The first waiter we had was leaned over all in our personal space, sitting on the table. We requested a new waiter. She was fine. We ordered, got our drinks. We were cool. Then its time for our food to come, the same waiter we asked to leave our table is the same one we JUST dismissed. How rude is that??? We asked for him to leave then they have him bring us our food. My husband is obviously upset, so the manager comes over. We explain what happened. And his stupid response is "well thats how we do here, we all help each other." Like REALLY?? SO theres so many other people that couldve helped her deliver our food, and yall send him. Like on purpose. Horrible service!!! AND THE MANAGER IS STUPID AS HELL. Instead of apologizing for him coming back for to our table, he says "thats how we do". CRAPPY PLACE TO GO. Then we got kicked out. Smh. Im just like wow.

We had not been to the old TGIFridays in years but wanted to try the new one they built in Fairview. The restaurant itself is very nice. The new bar and everything inside was decorated really nice. Our waitress was terrible, she didnt come by the table at all in the first ten minutes. It took another ten to get our drinks and then another ten to get our order taken. The food came out quickly which was nice after waiting. But the quality of the food was not good. Three of us ordered different steaks and they were all tough and just didnt seem to be good quality steak. My son didnt like his burger which was overdone. The mashed potatoes were still great but I do not see us coming back and dropping another $100 on mashed potatoes. We also sat without drink refills for more than half our meal. We will not be returning.

We visit Fridays around 3:30 so there was NOT a crowd at all. There were workers standing around as we walked in with nothing to do. The floor was greasy! I was given a menu that was wet and sticky with some sort of alcoholic drink. The 3 hostess girls were standing around playing with each others hair.. yes in a restaurant. The bathroom had no soap. I was so fed up I told the manager & he said yes they should be cleaning the menus and filling the soap but he did nothing about it. The manager couldnt even look me in the eyes when I talked to him. I loved there Jack Daniels items, BUT WILL NEVER RETURN. Dont waste your time or money here. Also, there prices went up and food portions got smaller.

Mass confusion is all I can say.....no one had it together. I work in the industry and it was shift change but not an excuse, terrible experience. Jacob was great but he was set up for failure with 2 other servers in the mix. We ordered drinks like 3 times and food was verified like 3 times and put in 15 mins after we had ordered. Our food finally came out but not all of it. Everyone disappeared so I went to find the rest. Finally received it not too soon before we left. Jacob was very attentive and apologetic but not even the manager came and asked us how we were or seemed like he wanted to be there. No one knew what was going on. Just wanted to share.....

The service was awful! The hostess was too busy looking at her phone to actually look up, smile and great paying customers. Then they sat us in a dark creepy booth behind the bar and in front of the 1 tv that wasnt on, then we asked to be moved to another table, that didnt happen so we took it upon ourselves to find a different table, then we had 4 different servers/waiters during our 30min stay! Idk what the management is doing but the host/wait staff needs a complete overhaul! I wouldnt recommend this tgi fridays to anyone! I will never return to this location! The food was good but the overall experience left a bad taste/impression.

Just left here and the only good comment I have is that our waitress was nice and my food was decent but my dates food on the other hand was beyond disappointing. Ordered his steak medium and it came out well done. He sent it back and yet again well done! The waitress said it wasnt even his job. Where was the manager?? I have no idea. We never saw her. Doesnt she know how to cook a steak? Why didnt she come and apologize or anything. He ate nothing but the appetizer. Dont people know how to run a restaurant? 1st time there for me and I will never return. Would NOT recommend to anyone.

I dont know why we decided to give this particular location a second shot after being disappointed the first time. The service is terrible, the entrees we ordered were actually made incorrectly and when they brought out the corrected entrees they smothered it in so much sauce it was awful and there was actually a tail on my shrimp (I ordered the shrimp nan meal). Im really not one to make a big deal over stuff like this but if its actually the restaurants fault, even a 10% discount goes a long way in saying...hey sorry about that (which we did not get).

Good food, HORRIBLE service. You walk in and see tons of staff thinking this will be a good experience. It takes them a min to figure out where youre going to sit even though there arent many people in the place. Sit down and it take forever for somebody to come take our order, even though there are tons of people standing around, looks like there are managers standing around as well. Poor experience, its a shame because the food was pretty good but I understand why there arent many people there. HORRIBLE service, stay away from this place.

Avoid yourself a bad experience. This place is dissapointing. Careless waitresses, and bad food equals disaster. There are many other restaurants that are way better for the same price. The only one thing I can say it was good, is the Pina Colada drink. I Also ordered a Salmon with Langostino, and it was burned with only like 3 little pieces of langostino (totally different from the picture on the menu). The price was like 18 dollars and the food had no good flavor. My wife also didnt like it.

The waiter that waited in us was not very good, and after about a 45 minute wait on our orders, the manager brought out the wrong orders, so we still waited another 10 minutes on our food AND WE DIDNT HAVE OUR BREADSTICKS BROUGHT TO OUR TABLE FOR OUR APPETIZER; we had to ask for them at the end of our meal after the check was brought to the table (which he very quickly remembered to bring to the table). Also, he was very slow in refilling our drinks.

Service was good! Friendly staff! But the appetizer we ordered was less than ok..... we got the loaded bacon nachos and they were cold.... not warm at all... and the chips were incredibly stale. On the plus side, the meals we ordered were good but we were the first ones in the retaurant at 11 a.m. and it took over 20 minutes to get the appetizer and 20 more minutes to get our food.
