Wasnt very pleased at all. 4 different groups of people came in, ate and left before we even received our appetizers. The salad was brought out with very little dressing and the breadsticks werent brought with it. Asked for cheese for the salad and after waiting a good 15 minutes, just ate the salad without the cheese. The breadsticks were brought out afterward, meanwhile the people who came in after us had already received their entrees. The salad plates were frozen together and the waitress pried them apart and handed them to us with ice frozen to them. We had to clean them off ourselves. Our appetizer came out much later. Then my other two guests received their entrees and were finished before my entree arrived (I just got soup). I asked for extra breadsticks...never got them. We were brought refills without asking as we waiting on the check. The server was VERY NICE but the service itself was terrible. They were not busy AT ALL and we still ended up being there for more than 2 hours. I will not ever revisit this Olive Garden. It was incredibly disappointing.

The service was terrible. I had to ask for silware twice before ever getting any. Glasses were never refilled. I had a coupon and when I got the check, the coupon wasnt applied. I had to wait for Monet (waitress) to get it straightened out. I asked for takeout boxes and she dropped them on the table and didnt offer to box our dinners, nor did she bring a bag to carry the boxes in. As for the food.....terrible. We had spaghetti, traditional meat sauce and meatballs and we asked for extra sauce. We didnt get the extra sauce until we asked for it again. Even with the extra sauce, there still wasnt very much sauce on our spaghetti. It was very dry. That might explain why the restaurant had so many empty tables on a Saturday night. The manager needs to be walking around and overseeing his restaurant.

Well me and my best friend wanted to go get some food so we went and got the two all you can eat classics for 11.99 and we ordered that and two drinks and we got charged full price for our two dishes without being told. When the bill came it was 52 dollars when the added cost plus tax should be approximently 38 dollars I asked to see the manager and he said it was too late and we had already eaten so we had to pay full price still. So next time I decide to eat out ill think twice before going their again same goes for my parents who had an even more horrible and scary experiance. Wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. Its a total rip off and their management is horrible. - reguards Aaron host at the southern louisiana food group for restaurants on the northshore.

I dont normally leave a review but this one i feel is much needed. Highly disappointed!!waited 15 minutes for waiter to came to our table then we ask for price of soup and salad and he told us 6.99 we ordered that and then my wife had to ask what the soups were because he was acting like he was in such a hurry. Appetizers were awful mushrooms were not good and the calamari was under cooked. Then we got our bill and it had a game charge on it for 1.99 that we did not play and our soup and salads were 10.79 when I ask about the difference in prices he said that was just a ballpark. This was at the covington la olive garden. Waiter name was jesse. We will not be eating there again and not sure if we will ever eat at any olive garden again!!!

Just amazing. Id like to point out the cleanliness and profressionalism of the staff and their establishment. Many may seem just alike however,The Olive Garden of Covington Louisiana has seized to impress me the past 4 visits; Different staff each visit.I feel as the entire staff takes pride in theyre work as they greet and tend to me and my fiance. No other restaurants within the area has yet to impress me during various times of the day on separate occasions. In the past 10 years, My family and I have eaten at every establishment within the area and the Olive Garden of Covington La exceeded my expectations;Every single time. With the service they provide its astounding there isnt a reservation list.

Brought my kids here to eat and the service was not good. Waiter had a nasty attitude when asked questions. Received a half bowl of salad and was asked how many people were going to be eating out of it by management. Why should that matter? Not sure! I ordered the shrimp lasagna for darn near 17$ and when I say this should be sold as an apetizer due to the portion size smh. Completely dissapointed and was a waste of money. DO NOT GO there!

The service was OK but not what was expected. The food was dried out, especially my chicken breast. You could tell that it sat under the lamp with my mashed potatoes. My wife ordered the chicken ravioli app and it was not even close to the picture as it was missing Alfredo sauce and most of the chicken. We sent it back and waited the whole meal to get a replacement. Really rough experience.

We waited for about an hour when we went but my group had a fantastic time! Our waitress was very nice and offered us a sample of my new favorite wine, there was plenty of tasty food, and the desserts are to die for! If only we didnt have to wait so long.

What you would expect from an Olive Garden. Clean, decent food and a friendly staff. They offer free WiFi but the sign on page wouldnt load. If you have Sprint or T-Mobile its located in a cell dead spot so free WiFi is your only option.

Menu very interesting, food is fantastic - good wine selection - "different" & tasty cocktails. Service was excellent. Restaurant not affiliated w/ Southern Hotel but is accessible directly down the hall - no need to go around outside.

The Service has been outstanding each & everytime !! Jay,our server, was the best. Even though Chillis is no comparison to Olive Garden, their servers should take notes. We highly recommend the Covington OG!!!!

Went to Olive Garden in Covington Louisiana. Service was exceptional. My waiter was a young man named Lee. Took care of me very well. He is very respectful and a pleasure to have waited on me.

Decent for an olive garden. The kind of mediocre experience and food you would expect from a chain restaurant like this. Good place to catch a moderately priced dinner with decent portions

I HATE going to a restaurant and being told to wait 30 minutes whenever they HAVE TABLES! But their management didnt schedule the right amount of servers. So frustrating.

Consistency is the key to Olive Garden! You know what you want and you want it to taste the same way every time. What makes our breaks them is the service you get.
