I went to gondola in February. I ordered the chicken Parmesan, it was the worst tasting chicken park I have eaten in my life. The servers were very ice and prompt with food and drinks, but the manager was very rude. When I complained of the chicken Parmesan she said, "now you know what it taste like, dont order it again", in a very rude tone. I would not recommend anyone to patron gondola restaurant for Italian food but rather go to Rafaels less than a mile away.

Ordered 2 small Greek salads with no onion to-go. The salads were ready on pick up. However, upon opening the containers, the lettuce was brown and part of it was slimey. We picked out the onions and the brown lettuce, now leaving half of our small salad, since this was our lunch meal we ate the remaining brown wilted lettuce. We discussed why we dont order from there, now we remember why!

Great food and great service! We had a pepperoni pizza, a house special pizza, and a couple of orders of the Gondola Chicken. Everything was really good. Our server was very attentive. A lot of the reviews complain that the prices are too high, but I found it to be in line with similar places. There were 11 of us including kids, and the check was $102. We will definitely be back.

Went here the other day for lunch and the combination appetizer was great. Theyve got a sour cream style horse radish sauce that is amazing. The manicotti, while very cheesy, was about on par with air plane food. Next time Ill try something different. They did have a lunch buffet with salad, Italian, and southern offerings.

The food was ok and breakfast bar a little pricey. I ordered pancakes and when she brought them she told me the butter and syrup were on the bar if i wanted them. Also you have to tell them you want biscuits or french toast when you order the breakfast bar, because they dont keep them out. I probably will not go back.

We decided to try it since its always packed in the evening - big mistake. My dad got the gyro and said the ones from Arbys were better and the meatballs on the spaghetti and meatballs had no flavor. Salad bar was okay but I feel like it needed more options. Not worth the price imo.

The people are friendly, but I hate having to cut up all my veggies from a salad bar. I can buy all that at the grocery store cheaper and do that at home. When I go out to eat I dont want to have to pay to prepare for consumption. Thats why Im eating out to begin with.

It was horrible. We only seen our waitress once and she never came and refilled our drinks and never gave use our bill. I had to take our cups up and fill them myself. There was no excuse for that they wasnt busy at all. Also the food wasnt good. I will not be back.

Overpriced on certain plates. Food quality is not consistent. Food poisoning twice different times mostly happens with chicken. So beware. Bar salads are fresh. Service is alright. I would rate it with a 7 out of 10 ...10 being the best service.

My sister and I Had a wonderful breakfast at gondola the bar was full of bacon fluffy eggs cooked just right they brought a basket of hot biscuits as well as our pancakes we enjoyed breakfast that morning very wonderful

Looks like the owner is trying to save money most of the week theres almost no food to choose from, its nothing like when it first started, as time goes on they have less and less food at the breakfast bar.

Great breakfast buffet excellent service very reasonably priced and consistent. The pizza is outstanding in the lunch buffet has a wide selection definitely would recommend. The kabobs are super!!!!!!!

Jimmy is a joke as an owner. He is mentaly unfit to micro manage a restaurant. Theres more than it seems.. by far a cornerstone of the comunity. This place has great food but has health dep on payroll
