I was looking for some chicken that was not fried, so I figured that KFC grilled chicken would be the perfect solution to this basic need for chicken. As I approached the drive through microphone I had my mouth prepared to be wowed by the wonderful grilled chicken that I would soon be enjoying. A loud voice boomed from the speak, "Go ahead with your order!". I placed an order for a two piece grilled chicken box. I was crushed to find out that the entire pan of grilled chicken had been dropped so there was no grilled chicken available!!! Two stars is what I had to give simply because I was not able to buy any chicken that fit my hunger needs.

Never has grilled chicken in stock, the floor always looks like someone has ate off it because its covered in crumbs and dirt, and there is always a wait, not because its popular, but because it takes forever to get your food here.

Went and got a $5 fill up box with 2 pieces of chickens sides of mash potatoes and the only thing I received was a bowl on gravy and 2 pieces of chicken! Im disappointed and will never go back!!!!!

Didnt get everything in our order, went back had to wait about 15 minutes to get rest of items. But normally I dont have any problems and theres usually never a wait.

I shouldve known better. Every time I go there the food is terrible the service was worse and they take forever. Just go to Popeyes down the street, trust me.

I stopped in today and paid extra for an upgrade, purchased a special deal and got home with a bag of 13 pieces of hard dried out chicken. Very disappointed.
