If I could give this place zero stars I would! I dont know where in the world people get that the food is "delicious"!!! I have given this place a chance three times. No more! The chicken has never tasted like classic KFC chicken. IT HAS NO FLAVOR!!! The chicken is also drenched in grease! The cole slaw is TERRIBLE!!! Classic KFC cole slaw has a nice balance of sweet and tangy. The cole slaw here has absolutely no flavor. The mashed potatoes arent too bad, and neither are the biscuits. Everything else I have had has been terrible!!! I have eaten at many KFCs, this one completely misses the mark!!!

What you dont want to hear when you walk in to KFC.....we are out of chicken itll be 35 minute wait. Last time we came here they had grease all over the kitchen and the cashier called someone in the back a terrible name and we couldnt get chicken then either! Happy Mothers Day....

Extreme wait time. At last I cancelled my orders because they forgot it. No apologies to their mistake and request me to leave the phone number so the HQ could contact me to confirm the cancellation reason??? They should change the manager for better services.

I have lived in Shelbyville for 2 years now. Been to KFC here 6 times. Each time there has been problems. Either no sides ready or they run out of chicken. I finally give up on KFC here. Bad service equals bad management. They need to shut this one down.
