Ive been here several times with family and friends. The service at the restaurant always stinks. However, the food was pretty decent until last night. I ordered take out with my husband and 2 friends. They told us 10 minutes, it was more like 30 by the time we walked out with the food. It was an order over $60. The boneless "wings" we all ordered was nothing more than chicken strips cut up. The appetizer I ordered - Saratoga chips - came just as fried potato chips. No seasoning like the description said and forget about the BBQ it said it came with. They "ran" out of celery - what wing place RUNS OUT OF CELERY!? No say the least, after the amount of money we spent and the time it took, by the time we opened everything at home we were very displeased. We collectively have all eaten there probably about a dozen times, all at different times. This was the icing on the cake. This place just plain sucks. Dont waste your time, money or hungry belly!

This was my first time at Buffalo Wings and Rings and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!! Service was terrible! Once we got seated the hostess forgot to tell our waitress that she had our table. Once the waitress came she asked if we were seating there long and we said YES. She apologized and said it wasnt her fault!!!!! We placed our drink order and food. The waitress told us we would have our food in 10 mins. We got our food fast but our wings were not done!!! The waitress never came back to check on us or refill our drinks. Once the waitress came back we told her our wings were not done. She took them back. We told her we just wanted our check not more wings. She told the manager and he took one order of wings off our bill!!!! This was a Wednesday around 5pm and they were not busy at all! Our waitress had one other table!!!!!!! I would not recommend going to this restaurant EVER!!!!

I hate to do this. I am a small business owner, as well as a former bartender. I had a surprise guest list of 13 people. I was in by 1140 for a website closing time of 1 am. I was told by the woman (who has served me several times before) that they now close at 12. I get it. Once again, it was 11:40. Her response was that bar time is 15 minutes before scheduled closing time, and it was 2 days ago that that time changed. Seriously, I get it. I run a small business, and when a change occurs, it goes on the website (or Google) as soon as possible. But, a guy who comes in here at least once a week, and is now ready to drop a few hundred bucks does not deserve special treatment.; just some treatment worthy of a loyal client. And, the word sorry was never mentioned. Strangely, she had no trouble pouring a beer after the "11:45" deadline.

The only good thing about this place is their bar area. They usually have some decent happy hour specials, but every time I sit in the dining area and try to have lunch the service is just HORRIBLE. The servers will stand around talking to each other while I wait and wait for my check and on two occasions Ive had to get up and find our server to ask for it. One time we sat at our table for 10 minutes, never getting a drink order taken, so we just left. At this point Im pretty much done with this place. The food is fine, but not worth the horrible service I get here. Its like no one there cares at all to really do their job; all the way up to management.

It was my first time ever at Buffalo Wings and Rings. I was not impressed with the service. The waiter messed our order up and he didnt refill our drinks until the very end of our meal. Buffalo Wild Wings has better parmesan and garlic wings and Roosters has better hot wings. The only thing I did like about Buffalo Wings and Rings was there sweet chili terryaki. My dad wanted a mushroom and swiss burger but they were out of mushrooms. And originally they said they were out of sweet chili terryaki. It looks bad to not be able to serve one menu item let alone two. But all in all I wou?d reccomend Roosters or Buffalo Wild Wings.

My favorite wing place by far, I love stopping here for lunch. Dunno if I just get lucky, but its always nearly empty when I eat here, so service is really quick. Servers are always nice, and wings are amazing. Very big too, I always get 10 boneless so I can eat 5 there and bring 5 home to have later. Spicy garlic hot is my sauce of choice. They sometimes go a bit too wet on the sauce but its no big deal. These wings are WAY better than Buffalo Wild Wings in terms of size, flavor, breading, everything. About to have some friends visit from out of state and this is the first place Im going to take them to have a good time.

THE SERVICE IS OUT RIGHT HORRIBLE! IVE WALKED IN SEVERAL TIMES AND WAITED AT LEAST 20 MINS BEFORE IM ASKED "CAN I GET U SOMETHING TO DRINK" THEN AFTER I ORDER IT TAKES ANOTHER 20 MINS OR SO BEFORE I GET IT.. 40 MINS BEFORE YOU GET A BEVERAGE IS TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE.. I WAS SO OUT DONE THE NEXT TIME I WENT I USED MY PHONE TO TIME IT..21 MINS BEFORE I GOT ASKED FOR MY FIRST BEVERAGE.. THE FOOD IS NOT THAT GOOD AT ALL AND THE MANAGMENT FLAT OUT SUCKS... THE ONLY REASON THEY STAY IN BUSINESS IS BECAUSE ITS THE ONLY WING JOINT IN THE AREA...

Had a very bad experience. The waitress just ignored us.. at first i thought it was because we used a groupon to try the place out. Plain nachos and salsa coming out with the main meal. Drinks so slow I was looking for the machine myself. To top it all off I emailed the next day and got no response...three weeks latter I emailed again.. a week latter and still no response. So bottom line.. ignored in person and ignored online. Ill never go back. This was on a monday... there were only 3 groups of people there.

I have been to this location many times. I usually sit down in the dining area and not the bar area. I always feel like I get good attention and I enjoy the food especially the blue cheese. It is mild and yummy. I typically get wings. The boneless can be a little tough to cut through, etc. I enjoy the sauce variety. There are other wing places within a couple of miles, but I think they definitely beat out BW3s for quality of wing.

Ive been here 3 times now. Tried it food was just ok. Service was terrible. Gave it a second chance same deal. The advertised "New Owners" we thought wed give it a second chance even worse. Server was more interested in having a good time in the service area and no interest in our food that sat there for 5 minutes or our drinks that were empty for 20 minutes or so. And to top it off the food was well below the standard we expected.

I ordered take-out for a fish sandwich and fried mushrooms. I guess it was my wrong assumption that there would be tartar sauce somewhere but none was found. Dry sandwich. I had to make my own when I got home and opened the box! The bun was old and huge and the fish strips were small and cold. The mushrooms were ok. Lots of breading but edible at least. For $14 this meal sucked. I wont go back.
