Sitting here witnessing the worst customer service ever. Mrs. Yolanda s monotone voice and lack of professionalism is a bad rep for this buisness. Please put your cellphone and cigarette down and act like you care. The customers in the lobby are your priority. Witness her antics a month ago and just knew she would not still be working for the company.my advice in this economy ,retrain or replace. Waited 1 hr.only because I was too tired to go somewhere else. and I videotaped this craziness.8 people waiting and you take a call ,walk out the buisness, get into a car, circle the block. Come back in the buisness, didnt wash your hands,snap on your co worker because he was having difficulty with entering a coupon and then act like you cant believe the orders that have sat on the side havent been picked up. Im done and hungry.

1st time I called in to order my order was given to someone else. So I left! 2nd time me and wife stopped in and ordered and took home the food was fantastic! 3rd time I called in 4 times to place order finally got my order placed after not being put on hold for 10min. (At this point I was in parking lot) so I went to krogers and got what I needed from the store came in to pickup and they forgot to give the order to the cooks!!!! So now I wait because I have been craving wings! But they did refund me so this time the food was free so...So thats why the only get 2 stars maybe as they approve the front of the house they will get more but I give the cooks 5 stars!!!

I fly into Ohio late from Missouri and visited this location on December 7th 2015 between 9:30 pm -10 pm, and I encounter the worst service I had every experience from any Wingstop. My boneless Louisiana Rub chicken was hard and very little sauce but to top it off the service was horrible. It was sad to sit and watch the young lady at the counter treat the customers in the store as badly as she did.On one occasion in appropriated words had been exchange. Words of advice, customer service is the key to success and I hope proper training is implemented in the near future for front desk servers.

Well I was walking up to the door and she waved her hand to hurry up like she was closing in 5 min. We got up to the register and she just rushed us like we were messing up her night. When they dont close till 12. She was very rude and not professional!! Very disappointing! Will never come back to this wingstop. EVER! She closed the register 10min before she was supposed too! Very rude! And if I could I wouldnt give them any stars at all!

Please if you care FIRE YOLANDA... Your business will gain so much additional revenue. She is horrible every single visit. Why is she still there. I dont understand. I love wingstop but YOU WILL NOT GET ANOTHER DOLLAR OUT OF ME UNTIL SHE IS GONE. Im tired of feeling like Im bothering her. The next time she answers the phone and rolls her eyes I hope they get stuck in the back of her head.

I really enjoyed my visit to Wingstop today my hostess name was Yolanda and she really had patience with me & truly made me feel welcome. Took time out to help me order because it was my 1st time there. The atmosphere was pleasant & the lemon pepper wings were great . I would definitely recommend this place. PS. Not to bad on your wallet either.

This was my wife and Is first time at this establishment. The food is cooked to order so it takes about 10 minutes to receive, but it is well worth the wait. The garlic parmesan wings are out of this world. The Louisiana Rub wings are not too shabby either. And if you like blue cheese dressing they have one of the best.

Quoted 10 minutes to make my order of 10 boneless wings and a large order of fries. Timing was fine, but wings were overcooked and dry with almost no sauce. The fries were okay but half of them were old. The prices are pretty high for what you get. This will be my first and last visit.

Wings are pretty good, typical flavors youd expect. Louisana Rub is a personal fav, dry no sauce. Works are pretty laughable though. Lots of goofing around, messed up one of my orders in the past. I wouldnt avoid it here, but just keep expectations low.

Honestly I have never had an issue. Fast services. People have always been nice and chill. The food is so good and I just keep going back for more against my diet plan lol Give it a chance. My favorite garlic Parmesan and Honey now with the fries

I love Wingstop but wont be giving this location any of my money dude to the rude, dry and unprofessional attitude Yolanda has. Called to speak with the manager he said he would talk to her but didnt really sound too concerned. I doubt he will.

Two employees argued about who messed up my order rather than just go correct the mistake. They cussed at each other. It was so unprofessional. They have got to do better. The food was good though just very unprofessional employees

Service was terrible. We were rushed into making a decision as well. The cook stayed professional even though he was being rushed by the cashier. In which my order wasnt complete due to the close time to closing time.

My food is always good.... and Ive ordered late like within 10 mins to close and they still took my order and my food was fresh. Only 1 time that I ordered late (within hour) and my food was not that great.

I love Wingstops lemon pepper wings. But my new addiction is the Brazilian Citrus Pepper wings. I can eat Wingstop anytime.The service was ok but not horrible. Ill be back.
