The hostess (black guy) refused to seat us and got another hostess to seat us. After ordering food went to gift shop and walked around looking and felt like I was being followed and watched, like I wasnt supposed to do that, went back to my table and my fiance felt uncomfortable because the manager or whoever he was stood in the door and was just watching us. Reported it to Cracker barrel and havent heard from them. Will not go back to the cracker barrel in Murray Ky again.

Food is "okay". Sometimes its great..sometimes its not. Depends on who is cooking! Wait staff do not look happy at all! The company doesnt seem to care much about their employees. And dont bother with the little country store.. the prices will give you a heart attack, especially if you have little ones. Their stuff is so packed in there you can barely move and they have breakables sitting around everywhere for little ones to break :(

Silverware dirty. Coffee tasted like it was made with dish water. Warmed over biscuits. Grits hard and thick as was the gravy. Eggs and bacon perfect. Campfire chicken meal was good. IMO, CB has really gone down in the last few years. I think others have noticed too. No long waits to eat any more. Its a shame. They used to be my favorite.

Had to cut hamburger steak with a knife if was so tough, too much pepper on kids chicken and dumplings, kept running out of drinks looking for server, long wait to eat and over priced....most "mom and pops" places have similar food much better and cheaper, but no country store

It was an awesome experience. The manager went above and beyond to make our dining experience awesome. Although I did not complain to the waitress, she overheard my complaint to my husband and went straight to her manager to make it right. Great experience!!!

Service is fair, but the food quality has gone bad. Ate breakfast there last week and I was ill the rest of the day. Had to cancel my plans. Possibility the eggs and sausage were under cooked.
