Ive enjoyed El Balcons food and have frequented every other week since their opening in Orland Park. I typically order take out after work. El Balcon introduced me to a new charge today which is the reason why I will never return "AUTOMATIC SERVICE FEE GRATUITY". Upon looking at todays receipt, an 18% gratuity fee was assessed for picking up my to-go order. It cost me an additional $4 for what, picking up my food? These additional charges have to be fought back.

Paid to add cheese on my tacos, didnt get any cheese. Ordered a side of rice, didnt get any rice. It was nice to figure that out when I got home. When I was in the store the employees spoke very good English. When I got home and called to complain, 20 minutes later, ...... wait for it..... gasp.... nobody could speak English!!! First and last time visit for me!

Comcast WiFi. Good food. Good prices. Not a very good selection of drinks, they say because they dont have a fountain but instead serve bottles from a fridge that is to small. For example they dont even have ice tea. They could easily serve cold ice tea from a large "Gatorade jug" without a fridge.

1st time there and had 2 pork tacos,which where cooked the old fashioned way.Tasty. While waiting the the girl behind the counter gave chips and salsa to sample. Both where also very good. We will be back soon to try something different. Couldnt give 5 stars as it was our 1st. time there.

GOOD FOOD, BUT THEY LIKE TO CHARGE EXTRA FOR EVERY LITTLE THING. ALWAYS SEEMS TO BE A BABY ROLLING AROUND IN A WALKER AND LITTLE KIDS HANGING AROUND THAT BELONG TO THE WORKERS. NOT SOMETHING PATRONS SHOULD DEAL WITH WHEN GOING TO HAVE DINNER. BUT THE FOOD OVERALL IS NOT BAD.

Poor service we continually asked for chips the girl never brought them then when she finally did they had been sitting on the counter where she forgot them plus the tortillas from the tacos we ordered were not heated properly and tasted raw cold .

Came here today with my friend to see what all the buzz and hype was about. The chips and salsa were very good. The Prices were even better. And whats best, is the service. Highly recommend coming here.
