This is consistently the worst Taco Bell in the area and its getting worse. Slow lines, incorrect orders, and rude drive-thru cashiers are just the tip of the iceberg here. In the drive-thru line, I was given the wrong food and then waited over 5 minutes for someone to come back to the window to correct it. I watched four people inside the place wait to be served, only to give up and leave. If I hadnt already paid for my food, Id have done the same. The time before that, I waited in the drive-thru line for 20 minutes, and it wasnt even around a regular meal time. Im giving up on this joint. McDonalds is across the street and open 24 hrs, and theyre at least competent enough to have good customer service. If you must eat food that will surely make you hate yourself afterwards, take the time to go to the Taco Bell in Lemont. The drive will take about as much time as waiting in line at Lockports location, anyway.

I am not one to typically complain, especially about a fast food place, but this run to Taco Bell was pretty sad. First off the cashier made it seem like I was inconveniencing him because I asked him for hot sauce, which fine he might be having a bad day I get it. But the food was terrible. Again, I know its fast food but comon my burrito wasnt even folded so everything fell out of it and it was so incredibly watery that there was no way of putting it back in. The taco had the same issue. Maybe a bad day all around? But judging by other reviews I think this location may just be poorly run.

I tried to be optimistic about this, however, there is no team work, organization, routine, or communication if there is going to be a wait for certain chicken that needs to be cooked, (When the cook is to inform the register operated of the situation so it doesnt inconvenience customers) with management and crew. In any restaurant drive thru always gets more attention. When you have customers coming inside their time is just as valuable and deserve the same respect.

This place is a complete joke. Went inside thinking it would be faster..........NOT. Waited over 20 minutes just for tacos at 7 at night not a soul in the place or in the drive thru. After I got my order and Ill remind everyone I just wanted 2 tacos it was still wrong got some wrap thing thats it. Rude manager didnt even want to fix the issue just had some kid do it and waited another 5 minutes. Save your money and head over to taco patio down the street its 10 times better.

The food is pretty good( its a KFC/ Taco Bell not a five star restaurant. Also, Im reading a lot of comments about people complaining about the food taking to long, you can only make chicken so fast. If u want fast food walk across the street and get some bomb ass nuggets from McDonalds (would recommend the habanero ranch sauce on any order) P.s The girl who took my order was a serious babe She was thick like a milk shake

Food took 25 min. (its taco bell, fast food) garbage was overflowing, floors were disgusting, not a single clean table, it was unacceptable for any restaurant, I will never go again, McDonalds right across the street, at least they have standards, also on a better note, I survived

OMG, slow as all hell! The lady in front of me wanted chicken from the KFC side, and they shut the fryers off 2 hours early. This place is a joke and the company should be ashamed of this franchisee (unless its corporate owned, which would be worse).

This place always has a back-up in the drive thru and half the time they dont get your order right. I still frequent this location, however. The employees in the drive-thru have always been very nice & pleasant.
