Sad to see the quality has completely gone down at the Frankfort location. Poor attitude, quality isnt there anymore, facility is filthy. Worker walking around acting like he just woke up, with shirt hanging out, wrinkled and sloppy. Put a plastic bowl of dirty water on a table with a gross rag in it. Slowly walked around the eating area where there were no less then 6-8 tables dirty. Garbage on the floors and a food on the floors. Food quality is nothing like it used to be. Manager was there, and disengaged. Not a kind word, totally in his paperwork standing by the counter in this horrible mess. We wont be returning, and will be complaining to the village. This is not up to the standard of Frankforts expectations, nor would I think to Paneras. Sad to see it go this far downhill.

Although the food is always good, this location never seems to be staffed very well. The lines, especially on a Sunday, are always ridiculous, and the wait is long. They should know from sales tickets when their busiest time is and allow for that. Creamer is always empty as well as certain coffees. It is just very frustrating. I am sure it is not the employees fault as they are always pleasant and as nice as can be. I believe it is just poor management. I always say, while in line, this would be a great place to open a Panera. I have no choice but to go there because there are no other choices….but it is frustrating when things could be better.

The food is obviously the normal Panera offerings but for some reason this location never has anything in stock. We just went there yesterday at 5:30pm and they were out of Black Bean soup, jalapeño cheddar bagels and pumpkin cookies (the ones advertised on every other window they have.). Last month they were even out of broccoli cheddar soup at 3pm. Thats like McDonalds running out of Big Macs! This place needs to hire a manager with the guts to keep items in stock instead of worrying about excess inventory at the end of the day.

Staff is friendly but seemingly inexperienced. They almost routinely give me the wrong side with my soup, but it takes about 10 seconds to correct the error and theyre always very alpologetic about it. I personally disagree with the reviews complaining about long lines. They arent wrong. The line can be out the door during an afternoon rush. However, Ive never waited more than 10 minutes to be served. maybe Im just used to locations in the city, but that is far from unreasonable during a lunch rush

Really Poor service! The girl taking my order looked miserable and wasnt nice or friendly at all. Very slow on top of it. Food came up slow. Food was poorly put together. Never felt like I was getting a bad value at Panera until I visited this location. I love Panera, but probably will not be returning to this particular location.

Out of the 7 times I"ve gone through the drive thru in the last 3 months, my order has never been 100% right. No spoons with soup, wrong bread, missing baguette , just always something. The staff is very nice, but come on....how many times can you get it wrong on a very simple order? The best was forks with an order of soups!!!!

Very nice expirence. I always come to this location and will continue to for a long time. Was very nicely greeted by the cashier and was also very friendly. The lady who brought us our food was very nice as well and mad sure everything was ok. This location is very clean and nice and the staff are excellent 5/5 stars well deserved

I went to panera yesterday, and had The Worst Sandwich !!!!! I mean Worst!!! Order roasted turkey sandwich and literally got (3) 2 inch pieces of some kind of meat, not sure really what part of the bird it was from, all grizzle, was disgusting !!! Money well spent NOT, will not be visiting there anytime in my future

Of course the food is good but I also like the layout of the store. Nice place to eat. I was pleasantly surprised one day when I saw they had hired a person with Autism. Shows great courage and compassion to hire and work with people with a mental disability. Thank you for doing something wonderful for that person!

Extremely overpriced for a less than average meal. The amount if food and the taste just didnt outweigh the cost. Also, the customer service was lacking. But the restaurant was very clean and the environment was nice.

Great healthy food. The place was very clean and the staff was on top of what they needed to do. It did take a bit longer than I expected to get our food, but the place was packed so no problem with that.
