So..... I went to hooters on Monday with 8 of my co workers to enjoy the holiday. The server was amazing! I wish i would of gotten her name. We were having a good time, ordering a bunch of food and drink. Combined 350-400 dollars in two hours. My issue was we were ordering a round of drinks and the waitress said oh we have a limit and have to cut you off..... If you have a limit then you need to let your customers aware of that not when you want another one and then tell me you have a limit and cant serve you anymore. We were not being crazy, we were not getting out of hand, we may have been a little loud but we were having a good time. I do not understand completely understand why you have a limit because you are losing sales. We would have been there for a while spending more money but had to go some where else.... If people are getting out of hand then yes cut them off. But if people are having a good time and enjoying a night out why would you cut people off???? Very disappointed in how the whole thing was handled. You for sure need to rethink the whole cutting people off or you need to let people know. If our server told us that we can give you one more and then i have to cut you off.... i would have not had anywhere near the disappointment than i did. Now i know of the whole cutting off thing my co workers and myself will take our business other places that wont "have a limit".

The food was awful and the service was even worse. We ordered burgers and the waitress asked if wed like tater tots or fries- implying they were part of the $8.99 price for the burger. We got our bill and they charged us for fries separately. I asked politely why this was, and said that the way she phrased it, made it seem like the fries would be included in the meal. She said they were not, and I should have looked at menu closer. I replied that the way she phrased it was confusing and we shouldnt have to pay separately. The menu also states nothing about fries costing anything extra (Unless getting extra fries from what would be included). We also asked to have our bill split and she gave us a huge bullshit reason as to why they cannot do that. By this time I asked to speak to a manager and after doing so the waitress stormed back to the kitchen and threw all of the plates and everything else from our table down. (Loud enough for our table and several others to hear). Very poor customer service. The manager also had very poor customer service, telling me to relax and calm down on several occasions acting like it was my fault. (I didnt raise my voice or swear one time, I even went as far as to say I was sorry for being a bother, but I felt this needed to be taken care of). I will not be going back to Hooters. This was my first and last time, and I was VERY displeased.

WORST HOOTERS EVER IN ILLINOIS. Server was awful. We had to wait for 30 mins just for drinks and almost an hour for food after we had already waited for 40 mins to be seated. Not to mention that I was seeing her serve another table that was seated after ours and they got there food quick. Food was cold once we finally got it. She had an attitude the whole time and was playing in her hair while serving food. I asked to speak with the manager and she wasnt any better. She didnt even say sorry or offer to take anything off the bill because the food was cold. There was a party of 8 people in my group. I asked the server at the beginning that we wanted 2 separate checks and she said that was ok until the end ok the visit then it was a problem, and they included a service charge of $25 extra and I refused to pay it because of the horrible service. I WOULD NEVER EAT AT THIS HOOTERS EVER AGAIN. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE SERVICE....

Went last week with my family and brothers family to watch the bears game and ordered 120 wings. Ordered 75 TMI 30 honey bbq and 20 teriyaki. When the tmi got to the table they were dry, not crispy and barely had any tmi sauce on them. It looke like they brought us left over wings to get rid of. Now any Hooters wing fan knows what fresh tmi wings look like. They have this fresh hot crispy look with tmi sauce drizzling all over them. I wanted to tell our waitress, who was very helpful, to take them back and bring us a fresh batch, but knew it would have taken at least a half hour to get a new batch. Instead told her to take them back and at least put some more sauce on them. I usually order the wings to go and know they will be hit or miss by the time I get home but didnt think they would be that bad actually sitting at the restaurant and having them there. Have to say pretty appointed being a huge Hooters wings fan.

Just had the worst experience tonight on my bday, thanks to my server Elizabeth for being judgemental. Thank you for thinking all black people are the same when it comes to tipping. Sorry that table left you a dollar but if you treated them like us then I kinda understand. But by me being a server myself I was going to leave you 10% for the bad services instead of 20% or more what I normally leave. You said you guys were under staff after we said we were just going to leave. The real key is communication, checking on your tables, my guy and son drinks needed refill, we were ready to order and we couldnt find you, our appetizers didnt even come out. You did not inform us on nothing, we wasnt looking for no discount or nothing for free, we didnt ask for a manager, we were just looking to have a good time. We eat at this location frequently , we are patience and we are good tippers. Communication is key.

Ive tried this place twice and both were disappointing. The first time was two years ago in 2012, I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and the chicken was cold. The second time was this past Sunday, 7/13/15. I ordered a frozen strawberry margarita that didnt come until 30 minutes into our meal. When I got it, it was watered down and didnt have salt or sugar on the glass. Our food took an hour to come out and was just mediocre. The steamed clams were about 1 gram of food, so I ordered a side of curly fries with bacon and cheese to eat with it. The waitress brought us some chili-covered concoction that was almost triple the price of what I tried to order. Honestly, the worst part was the drink--I couldnt have gotten drunk there if I wanted to.

HATED IT!! One of the worst experiences of my life, except for the hooters in Joliet that just did the same thing a couple weeks ago... we sat for over an hour waiting for our food while people that werent even seated when we got there were eating the same things that we had ordered!!! Finally, as Im talking to a manager our food comes up.. I told them to just box it...got home to eat it after spending 70 bucks and the damn order is wrong and you cant even eat the chicken because it is so dry... this is a ridiculous way to run a business and truly disappointing!!! Im throughly disgusted in the way that the staff and manager acted tonight, like there wasnt a problem.. I would be extremely embarrassed if this was the staff that was working for me...
