It has been a long time since Ive dealt with people as rude as this in customer service. Ordered 2 pizzas online and when they only showed up with 1, we called to see what was up. Tasha the manager was one of the most unbelievably unreasonable people I have ever dealt with in customer service, or in life in general, to be honest. After incessantly yelling across the room while another employee was on the phone with me (and being equally as rude) that she wasnt going to talk to me about the problem (we ordered 2 pizzas! They only delivered 1! Why is this such a confusing thing?!), they then put me on hold for as long as she could hoping I would hang up (I did then called back). I finally spoke with her and she refused to send the second pizza that we paid for because "we only see one pizza on our order form, you messed up online, thats not our fault". I have a confirmation receipt that we ordered and paid for 2 pizzas, but they refused to send the second because "thats not what we see in our store and you messed it up". They literally said those words. I double checked just to make sure there really wasnt an error on our part, and there wasnt. She literally refused to do anything about it and so we just were left with no choice but to accept half an order until we can call and speak with the General Manager in the morning. I cannot believe this person has a job dealing with the general public, much less in a managerial position. Unfortunately for them, I will be calling the general manager in the morning as well as corporate to get a full refund on the order and file an official complaint. I do hope they find a way to better train their staff to deal with problems when they arise, because this is most definitely not the way to do it.

Absolutely aweful experience if I could give them a zero I would my pizza was delivered an hour after I ordered, wrong pizza, I then spent the next 45 minutes trying to reach someone to have a replacement made. I was lied to about not being correct store, hung up on and placed on over 17 minute holds. Was told I could get in store credit but was provided absolutely no proof and waited 45 minutes for a replacement pizza!!! Absolutely atrocious service and overheard the closers saying they would come back the next morning to clean up....

I ordered a pizza at about 8:30 and they canceled it because they thought it was a prank. I tried to order another one about an hour later and it still didnt come. This pizza how is very rude and does not respect their customers. When I called them the person that answered was not sincere and did not care about how frustrated I was. I do not advise going to and/or ordering from this pizza hut. Im fact I suggest you go to and/or order from any other restaurant in louisville. To sum it all up, this place sucks major dick.

The worst customer service I have ever received!! I called in a pizza at 8:15 did not receive the pizza until 9:30. When the pizza arrived it was cold and dried out! When I called at 9:35 to let them know about my pizza the manager said he would send another pizza out it is now 11:12 and we still have NO PIZZA! When I called to speak to the manager about it he said " welp Im sorry thats the best we can do" ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!! As a business owner myself you just DO NOT treat people like this!!!!

I placed an order online at 1:05 pm. At 1:55, 20 minutes after I was supposed to get it... I called and the manager said they had a big influx in orders and my pizza should be there shortly. Ten minutes later, I got my pizza. Wrong and tasting and looking like it had been sitting for the 50 minutes after it was made before our was sent out to my house when I called. Overall, it was an awful experience. It will be a long time before I order from this pizza hut again.

Went here to "dine in" , found out there wasnt a waitress , after waiting almost 20 minutes. Finally ordered at the carry out counter. Got the pizza after another 20 minutes. The saving grace was that the pizza we ordered was excellent! Fresh from the oven. Blows that cardboard tasting Papa Johns pizza away! If this Hut had better service it would have been a 5 star visit. But at least the food and drinks were spot on.

RUDE, RUDE, RUDE - I went there for the lunch buffet. No fresh pizza came out for 30 minutes (I know because I timed it). I complained to a grey haired older man who called me a liar and got very aggressive - I think he might have assaulted me if the counter wasnt there between us. I have never been treated worse at any restaurant. HOMETOWN PIZZA is always polite and the food is fresh. I will be going there from now on.

The absolute worst pizza hut on the planet! Employees are extremely rude, and good luck trying to place an order over the phone, we sat on hold for 45 minutes and had to drive there to leave our order. We expected them to be really busy, but instead the girl is just laughing and joking around with other employees and completely ignoring the phone. Do yourself a favor, and stay far away from this place.

Just ordered a pizza from here, bit into it and there was so much salt on it its inedible. We called to tell them about our issue and were more or less called liars by the manager there. Hes always a bit over aggressive and unprofessional, if the customer says that their pizza tastes like it was dipped in the ocean on the way over for delivery then thats what it taste like.

I had the worse experience with this place. My delivery guy was horrible he didnt listen to anything I said. My receipt was already signed and fillled out. My food was cold and my boxes were beat up and it was horrible. Then when I called no one answered my phone called. I was waiting on the phone for about an hour. I will never order from here again.

Horrible , was on hold for 15 minutes 11:00 And they kept putting me on hold not taking my call . which clearly they have an hour go still accept orders but no they ignore the calls. I am very upset , I definitely would NOT REFER ANYONE TO THIS location if this is how they treat theyre customers. Unacceptable!!!!

Took 50 minutes to deliver pizza we were advised would take 35. Pizza arrived cold. Tried letting the driver know before he left and he sped off. Dont waste your time.

This place is a joke! Poor customer service and not too mention the management isnt even qualified to clean the latrine! I think Ill stick to Papa Johns!
