Purchased 4 medium pizzas using on-line ordering. Requested no flavored crust or garlic oil drizzle. Double checked order before clicking the Place Order button. Went to pick up the order and managed to catch them as they began to drizzle on garlic oil on the fourth pizza. After I mentioned that I had requested no garlic oil on the crust, the manager said ,"they automatically come with it." He didnt apologize or offer a discount. That was probably our last visit to this Pizza Hut. We ended up throwing away a full box and a half box of crusts. Very disappointed in the lack of solutions to the situation by the manager. Everyone makes mistakes, but good restaurants solve problems as they occur.

Joyce if this is your store you should be ashamed. The food is never done when quoted, it never has the deals the national chains are running or even the store 25 minutes from Three Rivers, coupons are not honored.. You will stand at the counter for 5-10 minutes before anyone even acknowledges you. Skip it and go with a local competitor.

Everything was great here at the Hut! And for all u people who like to give restaurants bad reviews.....maybe you should get a job in the business and see how good you are. If you dont have anything nice to say then dont say anything at all!!!!

I have had nothing but great experiences here. (Especially since Pizza Hut changed their recipes.) The pizza is amazing and, in my opinion, they have the best wings Ive ever had. Overall, cant complain one bit!

I was worried when I walked in because it was empty. Ive never seen a pizza hut empty. We were greeted quickly by our server and she was friendly and helpful. Food came out quick and was delicious!!

Poor service and unfriendly people. VERY frustrating when they do not accept any coupons. I am in the Pizza Hut club via emails and recieve great promotions...cant use them here

Some mistakes are made and sometimes you really have to fight the managers to have them make it right. Food is on par with other Pizza Huts
