Poor service, low quality in both service and food. When I complained theyd refund or replace my order but only after much arguing and now, due to the numerous amounts of complaints, wont even do that. They think the issue is with the customer, not the store despite video and photographic evidence to the contrary. The poor service ranges from the hourly staff, to the manager even to the GM. I wouldnt recommend this place to a starving person thats how bad it is. Corporate office has you email a complaint and then has the local store get back to you within 3 days. Ive done this multiple times and no response. Sadly this location needs an entire new staff or to be shut down. Its giving other pizza hut stores a bad name.

I order via phone and last several months they have had no "specials" (but you are given the choice to look online for any specials). While I may appreciate having a couple of different pizza options in Middlebury, Pizza Hut is not doing much to retain old customers or attract new ones.

Horrible! Waited over an hour for my order that I was told would be done in 20 minutes. Place was full of people waiting too. Kid just kept telling everyone 5-10 more minutes. Pizzas were both over done and not even hot when I finally got them. Will NOT be ordering from here again.

Just ordered 2 LG meat lovers and wings. Got there and forgot to make pizza. Then when got pizza wings were cold. And no sauce. Pizzas put in a smaller box. GET NEW HELP. Omg I you know why I go to goshen. Bad bad place to go

What you would expect from a Pizza hut great pizza and standard service time. I gave it a four stars, because it is not a place to sit and eat. The size of the restaurant is small.
