This the worst experience I have ever had at a Qudoba. The line was long and slow. When It was finally my turn to order I was not even acknowledged unitl after an entire online order was discussed, and compliantly made despite there being three people on the line, one who was literally just waiting for the order to be done. Finally I was able to order with no apology that the online order needed done. Once I reach the cashresgister the same person who literally stood and waited for the online order to be compleated took his sweet ass time tucking everything perfectly into the bag of the previous customer, then printed the receipt and hand off the order, then took the piece of paper with the online order that they had just done and a random piece of trash to a trash can all the way on the other end of the line before coming back to finally let me pay for my order. By the time I left the line was all the way to the door. Needless to say my patience was wearing very thin and to top it all off the burrito I ordered was half the size they normally are.

Well...went there August 10th at 7:30 pm and they were out of Chicken....really...worst part was the manager told the worker to tell us that he could microwave some chicken for us if we wanted. No Thank You....and I left.....Not sure if the grill was broken....or just a Lazy Manager....someone needs to check out. Never before have I had a bad experience there....Normally one of my favorites...but not last night !!

I order take out from here all the time and their orders are always spot on, just fantastic. We dont get home from work until late most nights and when we can catch them a half hour before they close they always sound fine and friendly, never inconvenienced. They give us huge portions and have been nothing but attentive and friendly. I love this place, the effort shown makes it so worthwhile to keep coming back.
