I love all the food Ive tried from this location. The service however, leaves a lot to be desired. I prefer to use the rapid pickup option of ordering as it is just like what the service says. However, for the last two weeks Ive not really been able to order. It shows what ever Im looking to order is out of stock. Friday(New Years Day) after being outside walking my dog and seeing all the people that live in my building(this is a location in my apartment building) going into Panera I decided oh that sounds good. I went up to my apartment and got online to place an order that I would be able to run in and grab. Other than the soup I wanted everything else I would of liked to have was out. I ordered an Ice tea. I filled my cup with what said sweet tea(it was coffee or I dont know what). I tried placing this order even thought for the last 2 wks every time Id tried to order, whatever I wanted was out of stock. Same thing today however, I discovered this morning that by going into the cafe what I wanted was on the rack. Because they offer this service. You should not be able to walk-in to the cafe and find what you were told online was out of stock is in fact on the rack. I guess they are trying to make sure walk in people can find what they want. But, I was ordering several times a week and then keep finding my selection not available and because I was told my someone there was what I was looking for on the shelf I walked in for find it for myself. This will effect my future ordering..

i have ordered about 20x for delivery. the food is good but they have delivered me a single piece of bread twice when i have ordered a loaf. the first time, i dropped receipt in mail and circled loaf price and wrote only piece and never heard anything back from the manager. then today, they did it again.....it happens when you request the bread not to be sliced. if you request it sliced, they seem to catch it. so i called today and told the lady that i got a piece and not a loaf....she just seemed uninterested or snotty about it....she said what do you want me to do - deliver a full loaf? what do you think huh?!? i just got fed up and hung up....all this over 2x $3 bread mistakes.....i hate writing reviews but the fact they never contacted me or sent a credit and then did it again with a snotty attitude has a review written now....all over $6......and my lost business - because i cant order from them and get spit sandwiches and stuff....butt wiped bread....whatever.

This is the worst panera ever. No matter what they always get my order wrong. I get a Chai tea with no milk at all which is gross or a half filled cup after paying extra for almond milk. Thats not the worst of it. The last time I took my cup back up to the register the manager had the nerve to demand a receipt before he would fix it. I drive 15 min out of the way to get good service because this pa Era sucks so bad. Im not surprised they have to have delivery service to make any money.

I love Panera.Ive given these guys multiple chances and theyve screwed up every time. Heaven help you if you try to customize your sandwich. Itll either come with the wrong meat, or with the sauce you requested to be left off. It doesnt matter if you order via online or pick up in store, something will be wrong. Im done with this location. Try ordering at your own risk, but Id recommend you be safe and just get a soup. They havent managed to mess that one up yet.

Its pretty average, but I still go here a lot because its close to where I work. The employees seem like college students and are nice enough. They do get orders wrong a lot and I have also had trouble with items being unavailable. There are no dishes; its all to-go, even though they have a dining room. Id say, just check your order and youll be fine. They will fix it if its wrong or give you a credit.

Attempted to order online and EVERYTHING was unavailable. EVERYTHING. How is it that there is no food at a restaurant during their business hours? I can understand just a few items, but EVERYTHING? Not even get a baguette or bagel. When I called, the guy that answered was uncaring and unphased. Will not be ordering from this location again.

Ordered a pick 2 online for delivery. I received the order minus the sandwich. I called the store and they immediately refunded the entire order and still offered to deliver the missing sandwich. And, all I was going to ask for was to have the sandwich delivered. Great food and Great service!

Ordered bagels ahead of time for an event, but upon pickup they did not even know the order was placed. It was nice they offered to bring bagels to our event later in the day for free, but they showed up 45min past when they said they would be by, and the order was incorrect.

I work here and I love it most days. From personal experience as I prepare and make a lot of whats coming out of our kitchen is FRESH ! Panera has very strict standards when it comes to to the back of the house. Great food, great place to work !

I eat here about 3 times a week and have never once had a problem with my order. I was actually just hired on staff after meeting with two very friendly managers who truly made me feel at home. From customer to production staff, theyre 5/5!

Food had always been good. Issue at this store is parking. Unless you get lucky and get one of the few metered spots nearby, plan on a short walk to get there. It is in the middle of down town Lexington.

I had a 30 breakfast sandwich order that I needed to pick up at 6am. This store does not open till 7. They had my order ready at 6 and were incredibly helpful and friendly. Super folks. Great job!

Would be 5 star of they could fix the problem with their ever-cycling Wi-Fi. I understand that its going to happen during peak hours, but it shouldnt happen shortly after opening.
