Wednesday, July 12th at 11:45 PM. I drive by hoping to get some Taco Bell for a good, cheap eat close to home. I drive by and all the lights are turned off. Even their "drive thru open" sign is turned off. It was very strange because I come here once every now and then at this same time, sometimes even later, and the building never is as dark as it was tonight. As I pull around, I see one employee wandering around outside and 2 or 3 employees sitting in the dark dining room, all using their cell phones and hanging out. It is clear they closed everything early and are pretending to be closed. I give the store a few calls and no answer. This was very strange. They are supposed to close at 1 tonight and everyone is sitting around acting like theyre closed over an hour early. I will be giving the manager a call in the morning and if I cant get anything through to them, I will be contacting corporate. This is pure laziness. I work in the food industry just like these guys and I know the struggle of dealing with customers and working long hours, but this crosses the line. I am insulted by tonights staff.

I never make reviews but I had to for this place. Perhaps other shifts are different but the last time I went I witnessed the worst customer service to date. A customer walked in and was not greeted at all. An employee walked out of the store from around the counter without even looking at or acknowledging him. On his way back in, he STILL did not acknowledge the man. After about 5 minutes (no lie) an employee finally walked up to the counter and said "what do you want?" as if he was annoyed by the customer. I work in retail and this was just disgusting to watch. I do not recommend going to this Taco Bell during lunch time; I cannot vouch for other shifts.

Drive thru is the slowest ever after all the Taco Bells Ive ever been to( been eating there for 30+ yrs, my fav place), even after the dinner crowd. But tonight really got to me, just had to rate this one. My taco salad shell was so stale and old, I had to stop eating it. The oil in it was so spoiled that it tasted bitter and stunk so bad. Ive never had one that bad. I usually regret going to this place for the wait but tonight the food sux. :-(

Has to have one of the worst records for actually getting an order correct. They managed to get one order wrong, also got the one wrong that they knew they were fixing. Tonight, didnt receive everything I paid for. Im half tempted to take my loss and not even try to get food that I paid for but didnt receive. It sucks that any other Taco Bell is out of my way. This is the reason minimum wage should not be increased.

I was the only customer in the dining room @ 11:15 am. Stood and waited 5 minutes for someone to take my order. The employee was too busy talking to someone out side. My dine in order was prepared for "go-to" There was no mild sauce in the dining area, and the employees were using profanity the entire time I was inside eating. Complete lack of management.

Cold taco spoiled meat. When I first order from here I got spoiled food. I didnt want to make a big deal so I threw it away and went to Waffle House. The second time food was spoiled again and soft cold nasty taco. Third time the same thing its not a coincident. That high rating in their window is a fraud. Dont buy from here if you want something nice to eat.

This is THE! slowest service I have ever recieved @ a fast food joint...@ least 20 min for 1 burrito, and Im steel here waiting..ridiculous.....steel here...15 min later..I wish I could give them No stars..the lady finally came out to give someone there food , then asked me are you waiting for an order?

Food is always great here. The staff is usually pretty good, with exception to the times I see them outside talking and smoking with a headset on their head and then they try to run inside to take your order. But thats not often, and the food is really good everytime i go.

Ive had good orders and bad. I think it depends on whose cooking the food and preparing it. I hate to burst your bubble, but Taco Bell IS A RESTAURANT. I have been in Taco Bells in AL, GA, TN, MS, NC, FL, SC, VA and KY. I can count on one hand the bad ones.

They are never busy, I suppose due to the location. But I have always received great service and good food. And for some reason, their prices are much lower than most of the other Taco Bell resturants. Its been my "little secret" for a while now.

This way-point is my first Taco Bell Ive been to in a very long time. The lady at the drive through has the most interesting accent; southern and something else combined. So far I like the Crunch Wrap and Taco supreme, but Ive just started.

Seems they cannot tell time. I stopped in for a breakfast burrito at 0820 am. Despite the signage stating they opened at 0800, the doors were still locked and the restaurant was dark
