I gave this location one star, not because the subs werent good, but because the service was unprofessional and rude. My daughter wanted cookies and literally there was 3 old cookies in the cookie display. When the lady behind the counter mentioned they had fresh cookies cooling the guy ringing us up nudged her and shook his head as to say dont let her know theres fresh cookies. That to me was so unprofessional first because he corrected her infront of customers and second I was offended that he wanted us to have the old cookies. To be completely honest the fact that he made this known will discourage me completely from coming back here. What the girl did by letting us know they had fresh cookies coming out, that is the kind of customer service I would expect. I am paying for fresh cookies not old ones. The fact that she would go the extra step makes me feel like this is a decent place. Now I just feel like, what other old stuff is this place serving me?

Walked on at 5:40pm October 7th 2016. There was a female employee extremely negatively talking about customers (she said "she would kill them all"). She made me wait while she finished her story with the other employee. When she was ready to take my order I suggested to her to not talk about customers that way when there are customers in the store (I was extremely offended). She was then rude to me instead of apologizing. I left immediately without finishing my order. I will not be returning to this subway ever, and I will let my friends and family know what subway thinks of its customers.

This location was absolutely terrible. The girl that wore a ton of makeup with a very Latina appearance was working the drive through was incredibly rude and she said we couldnt change our mind about wanting mayonnaise with a terrible attitude. Then when we drove up to the window she ignored us then gave us a dirty look. We ordered a water and it was also just ignored. We were in shock about how terrible this service was. The sign outside says they are now hiring awesome employees.... they clearly have not found any yet! They need to get rid of that girl.

Tavion and jacie are amazing. When I came in here this evening they was very friendly and made getting my meal very great. When theyre working it is the best experience you could ever have at a subway or restaurant of any kind. I believe they should be rewarded for their customer service excellence.

Rude female employee. She apparently hates customers and doesnt care.... Dont go here. Unless youre want to join in her conversation about how much she doesnt like customers, because she wont stop even if youre standing right in front of her waiting to order your sandwich.

My Kids And I Eat Here Like Once A Week. Wed Go More Often If We Could. But, It Cost Almost $30 Bucks For: 1 Kids Meal 1 6in. Meal 1Footlong (sandwich only) Overall..The Restaurant Has A Nice Atmosphere, Bathrooms Are Clean, & Most Of The Staff Are Polite & Friendly.

Very helpful and friendly staff, always a great breakfast, but this location is always so cold inside! I guess it helps to keep the sandwich fixings fresh - so bring a jacket!
