Came in restaurant sat ourselves down the 2 black females working the over night shift early in Sunday Morning Aug 7 2016. 4am 1 with DUSTY DREADS different colors and 1 fat 1 with bad weave and crusty the. Cook had her repeat my order theu forgot the cheese and plopped a big pieceof ice cold on my hot grits .they .insulted me and my husband in words to music that was playing. They made fun of us the whole time they were rude,loud,obnoxious, They acted as if it wasnt a public eating place they dropoed coffee all over and it splashed my feet Im definitely calling corporate on them the food was ok but overpriced for garbage food

The people and the service at the Waffle House in Hopkinsville are the very best. Have never gotten had good or bad service since Mrs. Craft took over as manager. Before, not so much. I go every morning or just about it, mainly because of the people and their service. They just nice.

Great, friendly staff. Only reason not getting five stars is the lack of booths. Its so great and stays so busy its always packed and have to wait for a spot to open and get cleaned. EXPAND THE DINNING AREA AND GET YOUR FIVE STARS.

Its okay. The servers are not attentive. I had to ask if the waiter can refill my drink. But the food was hot and made,quick. Quicker then usually. Just please improve on making your customers feel important.

Didnt even eat hear,walked in they welcomed us saw is sat down and 15 mins later they still didnt even come ask what we want to drink, servers are loud and were cussing. Just left the place
