The server, Neha was ok. She was training a new employee and she really shouldnt be training at all. All the employees had a pow wow in front of the grill while I attempted to get attention so i could have some jelly with my toast. I was ignored. Their conversations were more important than the customer giving a tip. For that matter there should have been apple butter on my plate...i ordered raisin toast and that is the Waffle House way. My grits that came with my meal were as hard as concrete. Barely an apology and no offer to replace. Just grabbed them and threw them away. I guess as truckers we have to take it as the only other food option is Wendys. I wont be back to this location again. Awful.

Over 5 girls working an empty place. NONE refilled our drinks. I had to say "excuse me" loudly to all of them over 6x to get a coke with my meal. My childrens meals didnt come with hasbrowns like the menu said nor did they get drinks and yet I was charged full price. They were swearing and carrying on about some man that had come in to get his check after getting fired. They spent more time jibber jabbering like hens than they did cooking. When the waitress gave the cook my order, she actually rolled her eyes like I ordered something she didnt like or something. Dropping F bombs in front of a woman with four kids = well never be back to this Waffle House again. + well tell all our friends.

I just called this Waffle House to place an order for pick up twice... I dont know why i tried again... Anyways I got put on hold the first time and then two dif people picked up and told me to hold again then some one was laughing and hung up on me. I guess I thought maybe it was a mistake and called back and I asked to place an order and they laughed and started talking to a co-worker and I kept saying "hellooooo" and they said something I couldnt understand and I was done.... I ended up ordering from The one down the road in Clarksville... Much better service!!

They were out of to-go containers, but still made my sister and i sandwiches at just after midnight on July 27th. Super friendly, amazingly quick service, and the food was perfect! Just what we needed after being in a car for 12 hours, with another 12 to go. I really wish I had gotten their names to add to this review! If youre reading this, my burger AMAZING, and my sister loved her city ham biscuit! If we had more time, we would have come back for plenty more! (Only reason for 4 stars is because morning manager didnt give them to go boxes.)

Ive been to alot of waffle houses and this one was by far the best! Servers were friendly food was accurate hot and delicious! I was confused though. I heard one of the servers saying they only make 2.13 an hour. I thought minimum wage was 7.25 even in Ky. I had no idea they relied on tips to make minimum wage! Yall tip your servers because them girls and guys do everything! We will definitley be back to this waffle house!

Staff was friendly. Food was good. Only reason for NOT giving five stars is that When we came in, the seats that were not occupied, still had dishes on them. While waiting for some one to clean a table for us, a local couple walked in and sat at a dirty table, so we had to wait for another table to be cleared.

Went this morning at 4 am for breakfast but after sitting at counter for 5 minutes looked at back room because I heard noise an seen someone sleeping in a chair. They never even got up after another person came in, so I left and wont go back

Screw this place! The people here are super rude and wont even acknowledge that you are there! I did not enjoy my service or food here! They need to train the people to have some damn manners! This is work not a vacation!!

Food was great and our server was so nice, it was an all around great experience. Normally Waffle House is extremely hit or miss, but I feel like if I went back to this place right now, itd be just as good as before.

$13 for one waffle and a cheese omelet! I immediately regretted eating here for breakfast items and should have went to Ihop. They used a slice of cheese for the omolet and the waffle was okay. Just go to Ihop.

Our first experience at a Waffle House was pretty good. Our waitress, Anna, gave us a sample of grits...(not for me) ands was very helpful and pleasant. Would recommend. Thanks Anna!
