Poor customer service. We went to this restaurant this morning for breakfast. We were the next car in line for the drive thru for 5 minutes, as the person working the speaker was having difficulty getting the order right for the car in front of us. There were 3 cars that made it through the other drive thru lane in this time. We finally pulled up to the speaker at 10:29 and waited until the clock changed to 10:30 before anyone decided to try to take our order. We were then told that breakfast was over at 10:30, despite the menu still showing breakfast as well. Ill be sure to look elsewhere for breakfast next time.

Disappointing today. Busy after 2pm on a Saturday. Only 2 of 4 registers open. Guy working register next to pick up station was completely ignoring several of us waiting for drink refills. Server chatting with 3 employees seated at a table, assume on break. Mgt should check local happenings to schedule workers. Ultimate Regionals at VOA all weekend and Dragonfly 5K event too. Lots of folks to serve. Seemed totally unprepared to handle volume of guests.

You cant go wrong with Chick-fil-A. This store lives up to the reputation. Extremely friendly staff will go out of their way to help you. Only downside is the restaurant gets crowded around lunch. (A symptom of its quality) They do their best to keep the line moving. Try to avoid 12:00-12:30. If you go before or after you shouldnt have to wait long. Friday and Saturday afternoons can get busy as well, but I dont go then very often.

I insisted on Chick-fil-A on our trip back to Michigan from Florida. It was really busy, but everything in the dining and bathrooms was really nice. I am giving a low rating because I ended up getting a mild case of food poisoning from my lunch. Within in an hour of eating, I started to feel nauseated. Luckily, I made it home just in time before getting really sick. I believe the lettuce on my chicken sandwhich was the problem.

First time in a while that i tried ChickFilA and PEARSON did awesome job in explaining the menu as well what are the add ons and gave me very detailed info. about each meal , very open hearted and just a great boy to grow into a man with huge potential. Having employees like Pearson will bring you guys 5 stars every time. EXCELLENT customer service , i hope you go far being hardworking

Always delicious and quick to serve. Order is always accurate and cooked well. The inside atmosphere is sometimes rough due to parents not tending to their ignorant children, which run about the restaurant as if it was their own home/trailer, but when a child falls and busts their lip open and begins to cry, it makes it all worth it in the end. Best honey mustard too!

Can count on having a nice meal here... 4 outta 5 times. Id say the food quality makes up for it. Make sure you clarify your orders during drive thru ordering. Staff is 95% of the time really chill and polite which is always a plus for going here. My biggest annoyance, the drink orders are almost never filled fully, so heads up to ask for that.

They consistently mess up drive-thru orders. I have gone to pick up food for me and my colleagues and on multiple occasions now the orders have been incorrect or have been missing meals that I had been charged for. I love Chik-fil-a but this location needs to properly train their employees before I take my business back there.

I went to this location while passing through the city, and let me say I had a wonderful experience! The restaurant was busy and packed out but the service was excellent! All the employees were, friendly, fast and offered great customer service. The food was delivered promptly and fresh. Definitely pleased!

The food is delicious. The staff was helpful and courteous. I was disappointed to discover as I drove down the road that I did not have a fork for my salad or straws for my beverages. However, that may have been my fault as I did a carry-out order from inside the restaurant.

They gave me one sauce in my bag, like what is ONE pack of mayonnaise going to do? like do you not get that the majority of people are fat asses and want more than a pack of ketchup, mayonnaise, etc. Even when I tell them to give me more they give me ONE more. Smh

We love this Chick-fil-a. The staff are friendly and the restaurant does a great job of putting on fun events for everyone. Last time we were there, a group of carolers sang and the Chick-fil-a cow was dressed as Santa. (and of course the food is amazing too)

I love their food, but it was very busy for lunch today. The employees worked hard and kept their smiles on, though. The line had extended all the way past the play area, but it didnt take as long as I thought it would.

Staff is amazing, very knowledgeable. FAST service in the morning. Food tasted great! One of the more fancy fast food places that has very clean bathrooms, mouthwash, and multichoice soap. Love this place

This location of Chick-Fil-A really brings it. Ive gone through it probably 200 times since it opened. Always friendly staff, little to no wait even at busy times, overall very clean.
