The people are rude as he... The service terrible there was this lady or I thought it was a lady took my order I told her you forgot to give me my change and she said no you forgot your change I guess that meant she didnt have common since to give change after I gave a bill that required change back when I go to places in my neighborhood I get these young big mouth no manner having ghetto acting kids its sad I love the food but but what stops me from giving them business the attitude. The long wait and incorrect things you ordered missing half of what you order

Terrible place to visit. All of the biscuits I purchased had a discoloration on the bottoms and in different areas, so I said it was mold. I take the food back and ask for a manger. She proudly says, "Thats just dirt from the pan, would you like new biscuits?" No apology, empathy, or show of disappointment in there food quality. I vow to not eat there again and I hope those in the area will reconsider before visiting. The customer service, apperance, and work ethics were dissapointing and degrading to the brand they promote. 7/19/2016

I ordered 40$ worth of chicken strips for my coworkers and they had the nerve to tell me they couldnt have bbq sauce because they "came with a different sauce". They are like sauce Nazis. Another time I got some green beans that tasted like a swap. Not to mention they are just plain rude and act like they hate their jobs, including the managers.

absolutely atrocious. Worst drive thru experience ever. Ignored me at the menu board while they had a 3 minute conversation . they they got my order mixed with another man. The man had to come back to the window to give them back my order and i know they didnt switch the meals for my safety. Dont go to this place if this was the last on earth.

The food is great but the customer service is not! I was treated very poorly and when I asked to speak with a manager she refused and would not give me her name. Id rather drive a few miles to the next popeyes rather than going here

Went through the drive thru and tried to order an early dinner snack. One car was in front of me. Mind you this car had already ordered when I pulled up and I still sat in line for over 20min. Speedy service is not their priority.
