I have lived in Glasgow for 4 years and eaten in once and ordered take out once. The question I am asking myself - why did I order from there? The reason, after going two years without going to this Pizza Hut, I thought they had to have gotten better. I was wrong! We ordered it on the internet and when we picked it up at the exact time it was to be ready it was cold. Their explanation was "our computer clock is wrong". We were at home before we knew it was cold so we called and asked them if they could deliver three hot pizzas to replace the cold ones and they said yes but we would have to pay $2.00. Besides cold pizza the place is a mess. I witnessed while waiting for the hot pizza when I drove down to get it because I was NOT going to pay two bucks for their mistake, I witnessed employees ignoring phone calls and saying "I am going to throw that damn phone out the window if people dont quit calling!" If you want Pizza Hut in Glasgow do yourself a favor and go to the one on 31E

Had a coupon for $3.99 lunch buffet, paid over $6 ! did not realize the soda was $2!!!!! AND the manager informed me the everyday price of their buffet is $3.99 and then proceeded to keep my coupon. They seemed short handed in the kitchen and couldnt keep up with the demand on their buffet. Very cramped, small dining room but clean.

The pizza that was delivered to us was misshapen, lukewarm, and just didnt taste good. The only reason we did not send it back was because we felt bad for the delivery man because he was out of money and went to the nearest gas station to get us some change. Overall, it was a bad experience.

The buffet was a mess, they pile up on a tray all the left overs from other trays. Employees dedicate more time to play with cell phones, than running this business propertly. Very poor management, employees were nice but very unprofessional and the food below average.
