The food there is okay, but I will have to say the little boy working there is extremely rude and acts like he does not want to be there. He is rude on the phone and rude in person. I really dont like ordering there, but its the only Chinese place close to where I live. I ordered Chinese from there last night, because I was in the mood for some take out food, but got a little disturbed while I was waiting for my food and wanted to share with other people out there. If you order for delivery, if you can please try to pay with cash. I was sitting at the front waiting for my food and the little boy was taking a delivery order and getting the customers card number for payment and was slowly repeating every single number out loud where I can hear it. Im looking at him like hey are you kidding me, you are gonna say someone credit card number out loud. Thats a good way for someone to get credit card fraud. Im sorry this review is long, but just wanted to help other customers and let them know not to give credit card numbers over the phone. If you hear the boy repeating it stop him or ask for someone else.

While the Mongolian Beef and General Tsos plates are excellent here, the service is terrible. First time for sit down service the young man asked what I wanted to drink. (Without menus) I asked the very rude young man what they had for drinks. He looked right over me to my husband and asked him "What to drink?". The remainder of the meal he refused to speak to or serve me, or acknowledge my presence! He is disrespectful to take-out customers. He often sets orders to the side or ignores them until the lady owner finds them or has customers asking her where their food is. He is so rude over the phone. I have witnessed him hanging up on people mid-order. He overcharged us the last two times weve been there. I will not be back!! Ill pay more and drive father to go to Mr. Eggroll... And theyre less expensive, so bonus!

The little boy who works the front of the restaurant is EXTREMELY rude-he looks to be all of about 11 or 12, and just stares at you. No greeting when you walk in, no "thank you" when you leave, hes just creepy as hell. Not sure if this is bad parenting skills or if they raise him that way on purpose. Last night when I tried to order off the takeout menu he wouldnt key in my order on the register, and when I asked him "are you remembering all this from memory" he just looked at me, crossed his arms and leaned against the counter like he refused to serve me. I left and went to Ming Moon, and I will NEVER go to Best China again

While I wont lie, the food here is amazing most of the time, the service is lacking. Its not just the kid. The mom doesnt seem like she knows how to run a business either, I gave her my order and went to pay in card and she repeated the first four numbers out loud before I had to stop her. Smh. When I asked how long it would take to get here she hung up. I called her back and asked again and she said "40 minutes to an hour" and I dont live that far.. overall the food is good but ..Id prefer Ming moon or somewhere the service is actually good

Food is great but the little boy who answers phone needs to learn to at least say name of business when answering the damn phone. My wife had no idea if she called the right place. Hes probably forced to work there and gets tired of doing it. Please have someone else answer phone with a little more of a pleasant attitude. We order once or twice a week now during day for delivery. Their meal for 8-9 bucks is enough to last me for a whole day. The young lady who normally delivers the food is super friendly.

Best Chinese isnt the best Chinese cause tbh I ordered my food ab 1 hour ago, we live 2 miles from the restaurante, &&&&&&&&&& we didnt order much food !!!!!! Sooooo I havent seen or heard from a single person who works there . Im greatly upset and hurt by this thievery . If one of yall at the Chinese place sees this get my food here pls thx

Good food but they have a little boy and girl working there at all times. The boy wont answer his age he just ignores you but he cant be over 12 and the girl is younger. He works until they close and acts as a waiter, answers phone, and takes $. I feel guilty that hes up so late working at such a young age

The owners are super nice but the food is just ok. I had a complaint last time I went about the freshness of my food and asked it to be remade they said no but they offered me a refund. Sadly this is the only Chinese place near Taylorsville. White rice is amazing :D...

My coworkers and I come here about once a week for lunch and its always good. Friendly service, good standard Chinese food, good prices. Its not the prettiest place but its got it where it counts.

Very good whether you eat in or take out. The menu has a large variety to choose from. You can even phone in your order and pick it up at their drive thru window.
