Ive eaten at this place many times before over the past 5 years. I have noticed a slight diminish in quality, but the amount of food for the money usually makes up for me. Well, the delivery driver has always been fairly rude and pushy, but I typically dont get offended as he is foreign and there is a slight language barrier; however, after coming in this area for five years, he seems to not understand how to get here anymore. My address was clearly explained to him multiple times, but he seemed to not listen and continued to repeat the wrong address. Then, he blew up my cell phone when I tried to call the restaurant and cancel my order. He called seven times! Also, he honks his horn loudly all of the time, parks in the middle of the parking lot if you live at an apartment complex, and asks you for a tip. We will not eat here again.

I used to go here on a regular basis. Never a complaint about the food. The last time I went in, I was served some seaweed salad from the sushi menu that was just awful. I have had it many times before and I know what it is supposed to taste like. This was just nasty. I took one bite and spit it back out. I did not touch it, and asked it to be returned. Even though I am a high frequency and high spending customer (Often spending 60 or more per visit) they refused to take the 3.99 salad off my bill, and also refused to taste it. Insiting it was impossible for it to taste bad. Insane. They say they have a zero refund policy even on rotten items from the menu. What idiots. They were rude, unreasoning, obnoxious, and stupid. Dont ever eat at this crap hole.

This used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant in Carrollton, however in an attempt to save money, quality has suffered. At one time, this restaurant was one of the only in town that would use quality ingredients and consistent recipes. I recently ordered my favorite dish, Moo Shu pork. I was saddened that Hing Kong no longer uses wood ear mushrooms (a must for Moo Shu) and the dish had very little pork and ONE scallion! It also seemed to not be cooked with egg which gives Moo Shu that creamy taste. Hopefully these issues can be improved on. I will begin my search for a more consistent restaurant now :-(

Went here a couple months ago for their buffet with my little girl, sat her in their supplied high chair and roaches crawled from under the seat I told them so they put that one outside and brought another, same problem. then i went to the restroom to rinse off my childs hands from touching the nasty chair and there were roaches in the bathroom, so I proceeded to tell the waitress and her reply was "yes we know the exterminator was supposed to be here yesterday and never showed" so I left immediately, most disgusting restaurant Ive ever been to!

I once enjoyed Hong Kong as a casual, quick, and inexpensive Chinese restaurant. In recent years, the quality of the food has plummeted. If you happen to go in during a slow time, the buffet has scant food left, and staff do not seem inclined to refresh the buffet, even when asked nicely. I no longer go here, choosing instead the much better options for Chinese/Asian flavors like Lees, Asian Fusion (the best in Carrollton), or Evergreen. Avoid.

I dont understand the issues people have. This isnt some gourmet restaurant, its a buffet, so wait staff basically only refills water mostly. For the price, the food is great and service is fine. I just wish that they had more sauces like yum yum sauce for bar sushi. Anyway, I like this place. And if you want cheap Asian cuisine, go for it. Its awesome.

I have eaten here several times and even ordered food for delivery. These people have had many chances in my book to make a good impression.That being said the food isnt too bad when its fresh, but the chances of getting that are slim to none. If you go during lunch rush you might be safe but dont waste your time if its 2pm on Tuesday lol

I came here about four months ago and the food was not that great. The sushi didnt taste that good nor did the other foods that I usually like at a Chinese restaurant. Besides that, the people are nice. I would not recommend this place because the food doesnt taste that good.

Used to be a great place but now it is awful. Last few attempts the food was dried out, soggy and some was hard. Tried today and both got sick. Will never go back. Not Chinese now because all Mexican cooks. That is why things arent fit to eat. Go at your own risk.

They are the rudest people I have ever met. I have no idea how these people stay in business. The manager was rude to me, my family, and friends. The food is not to bad, but I can justify eating there ever agin, due to the terrible attitude and service.

This place isnt really delicious. It is just Americanized Chinese cuisine. As an asian, some of the food tasted quite salty or too sweet. The seating area is also quite dirty. I didnt feel comfortable sitting on the ripped seats and sticky tables.

I havent been to the actual place itself, but I ordered from home and that sesame chicken was really good!! Dont rely on this review if youre planning to go there, from the other reviews, it sounds like it sucks. Food is amazing, so props!

I had to give a start to rate it but trust me its not even close.. I went there to pick up my take out ($40) worth and halfway through my meal I see a roach climb out the f#&*ing box (from the store) never never a f#@king again..

First time here, called in a takeout order for Cashew Chicken. They give you a lot of food for the money (one order was enough for 2 people), but had no flavor whatsoever, completely bland. Doubt I will try them again.

Food not remotely hot, waiter has yet to be here in fifteen minutes . There are three tables being served and four waiters so theres no reason for them to not be checking in. Very very small selection. Not satisfied .

Not pleased with this visit at all. Mildew looking stuff found on onion that was in one of the dishes on the buffett. Oysters and fried donuts were not refilled during our visit. Customer service was very slow.

Much better this time than the one other time several years ago. Reasonably priced, but so many options on the buffet make it a little dangerous. Very good. Maybe next time Ill order from the menu.

LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT!!! They know my order when I call in and they see my number pop up.. Spicy Shrimp fried rice, Hunan Beef, Won ton soup and 3 eggrolls..Love these guys!!! This is the greatest!!!

To be honest, the food is over priced and the quality was not as good as it could have been. We got there at the beginning of dinner and the food was cold even though it was sitting on top of warmers.

Food is NOT good!!!! Building is in desperate need of major repairs, which I could over look if food was worth it, but its not. Everything was burnt!!! This one goes on my 1st and last visit list!
