The employee explained her manager thats not here right now wouldnt allow her to remake an entire sub because of it being made without pizza sauce. I verified, "Your manager wouldnt allow you to remake my dinner that you screwed up???" "No maam, he wouldnt allow me to." Mind you, the food itself was delicious, just not what I ordered and difficult to eat since I had to dunk my sandwich in the sauce to get even bites. IN ADDITION, though I ordered the vegetarian and there were another pair of spatulas near her, she used the same ones she had just used on the cooked meat sandwich before mine, so I pulled two chunks of meat out of my sandwich and ate who knows how much. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

This place Drives me crazy! They give you about half of the meat that you would get on the same sandwich at any other Penn Station in the country. I really love Penn Station so I eat there every once in a while because it is the only one near where I work, but I am always upset about the fact that if you order a medium, you are gonna get about as much meat as you would usually get on a small. You just get more bread. Very disappointing way to save money, they probably think no one notices, but I would eat there much more often if they didnt rip you off.

Done going to this location. Last 2 times Ive tried to order lunch via phone for pick up theyve left the phone off the hook to avoid taking orders. Drove down both times and confirmed it was off the hook since my office is only a mile away. Id call in and ask for a manager to discuss this with, but the phone is always off the hook and busy. Its a shame their service here sucks because the food is always good.

Employees and manager are very rude! ! The food is pretty good however they are chintzy.if it werent for the good taste I would never go back because of how rude they are on several occasions. They sometimes do not wear gloves which is very nasty.

Worst restaurant experience Ive had in my life! Manager accused me of lying and trying to get free food when I discovered my order was wrong even after I drove all the way back from home. I will never go to this location again.

Worst place Ive been in a long time. I stood in line 22 minutes before anyone even took my order. The employees seemed like zombies on drugs. Another 18 minutes for my food which was skimpy. Never again!!!

There are 4 sizes and every sub Ive ever had has been fantastic. Frys are always fresh. Try the cordon blue with some Frys and a side of honey mustard!
