So a few friends have told me about 5 guys, they liked it so I gave it a try. I had to get my order to go and that may have mad a difference. Large Frys, burger with lettuce, grilled mushrooms, Raw onion and A1. I knew something was up when they gave me a grease stained brown bag. More is not always better. They had dumped about a pound of hot fries in the bag. That meant burning my fingers trying to get to my burger which was now wrapped in grease soaked foil paper...what a mess! The burger meat was flavorless. There was more raw onion then lettuce. The grilled mushrooms? They were canned, which mentioned after passing them across a greasy grill they turned the bottom bun into a mush that had to be tossed first. 5 guys is not for me.

I decided to buy the crew lunch today so we all placed our orders with their online order form. We show up 5 minutes AFTER the ready time and they tell us that they dont start cooking the food until someone is there even though it was already paid online with a credit card. What a waste of time!! This store obviously doesnt follow company policies because the website made it very clear what time the order would be ready.

Most AMAZING service. Best food in the entire world. They paid for my tuition from the kindness of their hearts. Blessed by the hand of God. Jesus Christ really is amazing. I got a cheeseburger that only cost a cheap $14. The fries were stacked tall the drink was crisp and the burger was fresh. Now I have a full stomach and my college paid for.

We got a Togo order here and was very unpleased, the food was pretty much just slopped and thrown in the bag, the grease they use for the fries was very dirty the taste reflected that severely and the workers were very very slow in preparing the "meal" worst five guys experience Ive had and I usually love five guys.

The guy working the register was everything you could want in an employee. Polite, fast, and constantly working. The crew working behind him was also good. They were fast but my burger did not look like it was hastily squashed together.

The guy that took my order was friendly and fast. Cant believe Im going to say this, a large fries is way to much for 2 people. Food was really good made to order, but a little pricey. 28.00 for 2 sandwiches 1 hot dog 1 fry 3 drinks.

We love Five Guys! My only complaint is, Im allergic to tomatoes and ketchup. Theres nothing for me to dip my fries in. Some honey mustard would be great

Good, as most 5 Guys are, but the fries here were just not quite what I am used to. A bit too soggy and not well seasoned. Still, overall, quite good!
