Two stars ONLY because the food is pretty good. Anytime I have ever been here the customer service has been AWFUL. You will stand in line for 10 minutes before you are even noticed. (If you wanted to be acknowledged youre better off going through the drive thru) By the time they finally come to take your order theyre short, rude and all out unpleasant to deal with. They literally throw the food into your box/onto your plate and its a mess. I have gotten home to find out my to go box is covered in sauce. The manager is no help either. Youre better off writing a nasty review online or calling corporate than complaining to her. And dont bother going there close to 8:45 because theyve already cleaned up everything and are closing.. and if you do decide to go in around that time they openly complain in front of you and tell you theyre "out of that." And tonight (9/14/17) they parked one of the employees cars in the drive thru so no one could come through at 8:30.

THAT RESTAURANT WAS THE BEST PANDA EXPRESS EVER BUT SINCE THEIR OLD MANAGER SHAMS IS BEING GONE THAT PLACE SUCKS... THE FOOD, THE SERVICE AND THE NEW MANAGEMENT TEAM SPECIALLY THIS CHINESE/JAPENESE YOUNG LADY AT FRONT THAT MAKES YOU NOT WANTING TO COME BACK EVER AGAIN, SHES RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, THROWS THE FOOD IN YOUR PLATE LIKE IF YOU WERE AN ANIMAL OR SOMETHING AND THREATS YOU LIKE YOUR NOTHING .... SO DONT EVER GO TO THAT PLACE BECAUSE I CAN DEFINITELY ASSURE YOU, THAT YOUR GOING TO HAVE A REALLY REALLY BAD EXPERIENCE......

Horrible Food. Just ate here for the 1st time yesterday. I ordered for a couple of friend also. We were given burnt eggs rolls (in which we had to request it to be re-done). And our food was stale and wrong. The meat was nasty. We didnt get what we ordered. We barley touch our meal and highly upset & disappointed, we wasted our time & $$$$ here. I will never eat here again or another one. This is my first and last experience with Panda Express.

I went through the drive through and ordered two entrees of orange chicken and white rice. I was going home to eat it and when I got home and checked my food it was teriyaki chicken instead of orange chicken. How incompetent can you been to mess up an order as simple as that? This is why I will not be going through the drive through here again.

Ive never bothered to write a negative review however, after standing in the store as the only customer --- and never being acknowledged, I thought I would warn those who expect any degree of customer service. Extremely disappointing experience!!!

I really enjoy it here. The people who work here are nice and the orange chicken is really good. Their fried rice is extremely dry... i love fried rice but its just kind of hard to eat because how dry and.. weird.. i guess, it is.

If you say youre open until 10 on Friday & Saturday then dont tell me your kitchen is closed at 9:15 PM when I drove 20 minutes for noodles and you didnt have any.

I eat here a lot and it seems to have gone down hill with the times. I ate here 2 days ago and got food poisoning, so I probably wont be going back for a while
