We have been to this location many times and always had good service & food. Yesterday was a horrible experience. The waitress, "Kim", didnt write down the drink order. Came back 15 minutes later and asked what it was we wanted because she "forgot". She forgot the appetizers until after she served soup & salad. We asked for dipping sauce with bread sticks, she didnt bring that until after she served the food. We asked for more bread sticks, which we never got. When the food arrived it was cold. The pasta dishes had been reheated in the microwave and then sat in the window for a while longer. The texture of the pasta was rubbery and overcooked. (*We arrived right at 11am when they opened. The waitress only had one other table besides ours but they were apparently friends of hers because she was speaking very loud & joking with them while "forgetting" everything we asked for.) The manager Britney kept saying, "I understand, that can be frustrating." Although she did comp the meals, her "helpful" manner needs improvement. We paid for our drinks & appetizers and left our horrible waitress $2. We wont be returning to this location.

We drive a long way to come to this Olive Garden instead of going to the one in our town. We will not be back. We have had terrible service twice in a row now. Our waitress this time (no name tag, how convenient) was slow to bring what was needed when our food came out. Our pasta was dry and we needed more sauce as well as salad. When a person in our party mentioned to please not forget our sauce (after five minutes) she got a nasty attitude and said she was helping another table whom had only just been seated. Our food was cold by the time we got what we needed. She was brunette with colorful tattoos on her left arm and an anchor tattoo on her finger.

Our server was really good and they seem to help each other with tables. On the downside, it feels crowded (tables too close to each other). The food quality, preparation, and atmosphere, didnt seem to justify the price. My wife had to wait for about 10 minutes to change our infants diaper because the hostess was in the restroom texting on her phone. I felt bad for our server who acted very professional, clean uniform, and was all smiles... he was trying to recommend wine in a place that felt like a cafeteria. A server that good should be in Provinos. Im only going back to Olive Garden if I have another gift card.

Visited this olive garden for the first time Thursday night after returning from Atlanta. My friends and I were tired and hungry. Our server was Katie and it was the best service I have gotten in a while. She was nice and very helpful with menue questions that we had. The staff acted like a team, a lady at the bar saw me take the last sip of my coke and told my server, in less then a minute I had a new glass of coke. The salad came out first how I like it, then the food came out nice and hot! All around nice people nice atmosphere great food! I will definitely be back to visit real soon!!

This place was so terrible! The food took forever to get to us. They even got all the orders wrong. The wait staff were trying to take customers from one and other. There was a blonde male server who obviously didnt care about what we were ordering (he should portably be let go). The menu was much shorter than any other Olive Garden Ive ever been to. I honestly wouldnt suggest this place to anyone. I shouldve gone to the Taco Mac across the street! Ugh....

Excellent service, food is great... If you think there may be a wait, (after church, Fathers Day etc.) go to the website and put your name on the wait list, even if it shows no wait... On Fathers Day, I did this and it did show "no wait" on the status, but I did anyway. When we came in 10 mins later, there was standing room only, I told hostess that I put my name on wait list online, she saw it on her computer and she seated us immediately

the last couple of outing the olive garden regardless of if it is lunch time or late dinner. there has been an issue with kitchen. messed up orders.delayed dishes.so on, it will be off or list for a while. hope they get the kitchen issue resolved. wait staff and management are always apologetic and work to make things right which is really appearchated. we like the atmosphere of the restaurant over all.

They have a host. The host proceeded to ask two people to sit us. First said no. The second goes unwillingly but then stopped to speak to the first person who didnt want to sit us and says "its your table sit them." How rude. Then we asked for a table as opposed to a booth. He goes "oh okay," annoyed and we end up back with the unwilling person to seat us. thats very unprofessional and quite rude.

They dont even deserve a star! Any manager that allows her cooking staff to re-heat/re-cook food that has been eaten off of is not a good or knowledgeable manager. Thats a total health violation and I hope someone from the health department reads this email. The manager wouldnt even do anything about it. She just said she "talked to them". Clearly, they do this ALL the time. Dont eat there!

While I had a good waitress, the food was a different story. One of my friends I had gone with found a giant stalk in their Rosemary chicken and their potatoes were dry. My fettuccine Alfredo had many uncooked noodles. The eggplant Parmesan was dry and tasted like it had been microwaved. In fact, everything seemed to have been microwaved. I was very disappointed in my experience.

I love Olive Garden but this one is just eh. Our server was wonderful but our food was just okay. We had to ask for bread sticks multiple times and finally received them when our entrées came out. I ordered Fettuccini Alfredo and it was without a doubt the most bland and tasteless meal Ive ever had. There are plenty of Olive Gardens in the area, skip this one.

Slow and disorganized, food might as well have come from a can for the texture and taste. Spent 20 minutes being ignored while people that were seated after us were served and checked on quickly. All in all, food and service wouldve been better at McDonalds.

Food was excellent. Server didnt explain much about specials but was great and even boxed our leftovers but whatever you do, dont vape! Not even one hit! Theyll descend on you like hornets. Roy saved the day. Such a sweetie. Sit in his section.

Disoriented server and the food tasted microwaved. I dont know what happened to Olive garden , we always went on good occasions but now its equivalent to another fast food restaurant.

Always best service and GREAT Foods no doubt. My fav. is Shrimp Alfredo. I tried this food been 3 years with many Italian restaurants but Olive Garden is the best one!

This is one of the better olive gardens Ive visited. The service was excellent and the food was as well. I would recommend sitting at the bar as it can be quite busy
