The food looked pretty good. The lady at the counter was very nice letting us try samples and being very polite. Me and my fiancée had never been there. Then out of nowhere here comes some other girl who works there and she completely interrupted us while we were ordering and she insisted we go sing happy birthday to someone. We declined but she continued to insist. We continued to decline. We were just out for a good time together while we had a sitter. So then she goes on to just ask my fiancée, well would you just go with me then since she doesnt want to. He says no and she giggles and laughs and flirts and continued to ask. I was beyond annoyed so we left. I felt like she was really inappropriate for that being her job and run off customers like that.

Running errands in Florence, KY today, my husband and I wanted to have a quick bite to eat. We have never eaten at a Panda Express, so decided to try the one on Houston Rd. What impressed me the MOST, was the cleanliness of the buffet bar and the glass panel that separated it from the customers. Not a grain of rice out of a bowl, nor a spill of sauce/food anywhere! Every menu item looked delicious. I had the beef broccoli with fried rice and it tasted as good as it looked. The 2 workers were extremely professional, well groomed and very pleasant. What a pleasure! Well definitely be back. KEEP IT UP!!

Im not sure about other locations but this one served pretty good chicken, only problem was that the rice was cold and hard, although Im giving an extra star for the service because I got cold and hard rice then asked for a new bowl and they immediately gave me a free bowl of fried rice without hesitation and it was a less hard and was warmer, so they did attempt to fix the mistake atleast

The facilities looked modern and clean. The woman working at the counter was extremely kind and professional. My wife and I split the Bigger Plate and got a nice meal for about eight bucks. The food was pretty good. It was a bit busy at 8 pm, but some of the tables and the area to throw away your trash couldve been kept cleaner.

You will have the opportunity to buy cheap "chinese" food (heavy on the cheapest ingredients, like cabbage) for at least twice what you would pay at a regular chinese restaurant. This place belongs in an airport concourse where people expect to pay through the nose for lousy food.

Very pricey for what they serve. Typical shopping mall type Asian selections. Choosing and pricing are very confusing. Paid almost $7 for a meal that was nearly all fried rice and not much of the other ingredients listed. Place is clean and the employees are friendly.

I love their orange chicken, and most of the staff there are really nice and give great customer care. However, I had rice twice from there that smelled of mildew due to it sitting out from the night before...gross. Ask for a sample of the rice before ordering it.

Always fresh and must say well managed. This staff means business efficiency and cleanliness is great at this location. I have seen them move through a line that most places I would not dare wait they manage well. Panda Express is fast food made well.

If you come here late, expect to not have may choices. I came here about an hour from closing and they didnt have any fried rice and wouldnt make more, and didnt have about half of the entree items and also werent going to make any more.

I think the server was Tamara. She was absolutely amazing. Probably had the best customer service We have had in a long time. It was terribly busy and she made an effort to smile at everyone and get food out as fast as possible!

99.9% of the time this place is excellent. Normally even if busy the line moves fairly quickly. Only wish they had sweet and sour pork like the airport location did. Not the cheapest but well worth the cost.
