I was third car in drive through, after 5 minutes no cars had moved. The service was so slow, I ran over the curb and on the grass to escape, I have had three bad experiences with this taco bell. My second bad experience was as follows, I went to this Taco Bell, for a late lunch with a friend, after we finished eating, and while walking to out cars, we saw the guy that served us, just out the back door of the store, washing his wheels, tires on his car out of a stainless steel Taco bell food container. Ugh I took a picture with my phone, it was a few years ago, and could not figure out how to retrieve the pic out of the phone, I was going to report him, with the pic as proof, but it was too much trouble, My first bad experience with this Taco bell was when they had their grand opening just after being built, The place was packed, the lines were long, I waited about 20 min to get service inside, All I had was a $100 bill, they would not take the bill, and I had to walk away after a 20 min wait, they waited on 30 or more people, before me and could have easily taken the large bill.

MOST of the staff was,wonderful. One employee kept staring at my grown daughter & saying things under her breath. My daughter has tattoos on her face & neck plus partially shaved head, shes an original. I was very upset by her overtly rude attitude. My daughter asked me NOT to cause a scene so instead I chose to make a point of telling the young woman at the counter how blessed I an to have a daughter come to me later in her life who, yes, may be rough on the outside but has the very kindest heart Ive ever known. She takes EXCELLENT care of me now that Im ill just as I did her when her biological mom chose drugs over her....I said it all loud enough for the other woman to hear...so I made my point

The service was so awesome the young man was exceptionally kind. For me to give a review litterly means he went above and beyond to make a difference. He made the diff from a 4☆rating to a 5☆ . Drive-through Fri. Evening 7 or 8 pm Dec 9th. In case you think I know him, I can assure you I do not, & it was not a free or discounted meal. He totally earned this review. Hope to have same experience in near future.

This place is so slow takes up half my lunch hour Im confused on there prices this place is way more expensive then any other Taco Bell I been to a combo I get is $6 and change here it is $10 and change who in there mind will pay $10 for a Taco Bell meal for lunch I can go next door and get real Mexican for for less and same time.

whoooh... This place is a hot mess. better fix the leaking pipe over the soda fountain before someone breaks their neck. one of the employees literally was droped off to work in the back of a police car. the place was filthy! however, lots of smiles and friendly attitude from the staff.

We went through the drive-thru and right after we paid they told us someone on the inside of the store ordered $60 worth of tacos. We had to wait 30 minutes for our food because of that they still made a mistake on our order but we did not want to drive back and deal with it .

Great staff and good food. They usually get everything right, but the few times they mess up they are more than willing to fix it and make it up to you. Not sure why all the bad reviews because Ive never had an unresolved issue here.

The drive thru is horrible!!! Every and I mean EVERY single time I have used the drive thru it takes forever!!! doesnt matter how many cars are in front of me..I can be the only car and for whatever reason it takes way too long!!!

Way over priced and isnt consistent with all the other Taco Bells or Taco Bells own website. Anything extra cost the same or more then the item you purchased. (I.E. extra chicken for $2). The bathroom was extremely dirty.
