Had been traveling around all day (malls, general amusement) and desperately needed something to eat. Drove over to this particular location only to find that the place was crowded (Pro tip: Try to go at lunch time and not a couple of hours before closing), but anyway they had employees in the parking lot taking orders because of the sheer amount of customers. All one had to do was simply get their order taken and drive straight to the window where the food awaited them. Havent even mentioned the taste of the food but I believe it goes without saying. This place receives a rare 5 from me and I hope anyone who goes, enjoys. Have a nice day :)

Incredible customer service! You can clearly tell that this place puts the customer first - it must be ingrained in their DNA. Every single person working in the establishment has an approach that seems to be centered on, "How can I make your experience the best it can possibly be?" Its refreshing to see this level of service, professionalism, and commitment. Im amazed at how the whole team is so passionately behind their vision and mission. Great job to all that work here and you should all be proud of what you have created. The competition is light years behind!

The wait times in drive thru are Ridiculous! Now they have changed the whole parking lot so you can only enter 1 way now instead of 2 for drive thru. The parking lot is a big cluster! What a hot mess! I had stopped going for over a year and now Im reminded why I did. The food was wrong the last time I went, the people standing outside taking orders doesnt make the service any faster.

Im completely heartbroken, my favorite thing about Chick fil a was the Chicken Burrito and I will be damn, if I dont go in 1 this morning and I took a bite out of my favorite burrito and I couldnt even chew it. Terrible experience here. The manager and couple of employees were rude. Took me over 10 minutes to order and 15 min. to get my food, and that was after I had to go up to the counter to ask for my food. Wrote to the manager about my experience a couple weeks ago and have yet to hear back.

I always bring my kids to Chick-fil-A on Highway 85 but today we were out on Thorton Road I ordered the same thing at childrens meal with the cookie no toy I was told by employee and also the manager I can substitute it with nothing but an ice cream hey 85 never gave me a problem I

The food and service is always great! Go early for lunch (11:30am) as it gets crowded and parking becomes nil, but folks dont seem to mind waiting. I observed folks parking in the McDonalds parking lot and walking across the street just to go CFA. That should tell you something!

Traveling thru stopped to have lunch. Great service. Very friendly. Especially blonde lady wearing turquoise shirt..very friendly . Would stop again on next trip to visit family. Restaurant very clean. Wish some others were like this. 5 star rating !!!!!

I ordered 3 pc chicken stripes and when I got it the stripes was very small. So I sent it back and ask for 3 bigger ones. The manager with the keys took it to the back and came back with the same stripes and had them PUT it though the window. Pathetic

Horrible. Got there at 11:00 and waited almost 20 minutes for lunch. Plus everyone was TOTALLY unfriendly. Not my typical Chick-fil-A experience AT ALL where everyone goes above and beyond!! Plus, the fries were cold and gross!

I got there during the height of the lunch rush. The drive-thru line wrapped all the way around the store, but I was through the line in less than two minutes, service other fast food places promise, but fail to deliver!

Your parking lot is messed up. I came in off Thornton Rd had to circle the building back out to the street because of all the cones and couldnt get to tbe drive thur. Oh well your lost, so I just went somewhere else.

Yummy eats and great customer service. Long lines on Saturday game days, but staff has devised a great way to efficiently whittle lines down quickly. This location is always clean and food fresh and tasty!

Be careful going through the drive thru during peak hours because they dont have a large parking lot so it is possible for part of the line to be in the main road. Otherwise, another friendly chic fil a!

Place is always too crowded, parking and drive thru is a nightmare, place is too small for the ever growing area and traffic. Food was ok which should be way better than that being Chick-fil-a!
