My fiancé and I went to eat dinner here tonight. We sat at the bar, as we usually do, and ordered what we usually order, sirloin (medium rare), with lobster tail, mashed potatoes, and potato soup. The second meal was popcorn shrimp, clam strips, mashed potatoes with potato soup. Before we got our food we watched one of the bartenders, Betty, drop napkins on the floor, pick them up, and then serve other customers with them. Yes, we were disgusted but gave the benefit of the doubt (our first mistake). Our food came out, and the server who dropped it off asked me to cut into my steak to make sure it was cooked correctly. When I cut into my steak it was so rare it was still cold. So, she took it back to the kitchen without an apology or even a sincere look on her face. When she returned with the steak, it was the same steak that I had previously cut open (cut in half and let all of the "good" juices run out). The cooks threw it back on the grill and reheated it. At this point, when the server returned the steak to me, it was as if I had ordered two beef cubes (and at this point the steak was well done). When I informed her that I did not want the steak she just said okay, grabbed the plate and walked off with it. There was not an apology or anything along that matter. She was dressed in "regular clothes" (not a uniform), and if she was a "manager" she acted nothing of the sorts. The chef ended up coming out, introducing himself. He apologized for the mistakes of the others, and he also spoke to Betty on the spot. I wouldnt recommend or not recommend this Red Lobster. I personally will try out another location before returning here.

Very disappointing. Came for a family dinner with folks out of town. We were taken to the table that was dirty, including the chairs. Then it was 5+ minutes when no one had greeted us so we asked for the manager. The manager saw me but continued doing business until I could call him over better to ask if we could be helped. He did not apologize, only offered to get us drinks. Salads were drenched in dressing and croutons too hard to eat, food took sooooooo long, my $30+ lobster was overcooked, the tail was mostly inedible and I wasnt given proper tools to crack the rest of the shell. The air was on when it was 40 degrees outside, everyone was in their jackets and hats and scarves. Terrible experience all around with nothing remedied plus a health sanitation score of 91 and we will NOT be back.

My family and I went to this Red Lobster this past Friday night 9/9/16. It was at least a party of 10 people.I paid with my debit card and wrote in the waitresses tip. This morning on 9/13/16, I check my bank statement and theyve charged me an additional $9.00 even. The only thing that I can think of is the waitress giving herself a $9 Tip. My meal was only $9.99 (appetizer). This has taught me a lesson...from now on Im CASH ONLY!!! This is really concerning...... In reference to the seafood dip I ordered there were no complaints. The service was so..so...We waited almost 1 hour to receive our food. But we didnt make a big deal out of it, due to our family talking and enjoying each others company. .

We arrived there by 8:20pm. We waited 30 mins for the server. Once the server took our drinks order, it took one hour to receive the drinks. Then we placed our food order which took one hour. Due to the server not pressing send on the screen. OK now its 11:00pm closing time we just received our food. By this time I am very, very, upset. I taste the food in which I ordered. Now the food was too salty. I talked to the manager. I said I am ready to go just please give me my check and please take off the food, because it was not edible. So we paid for our drinks and left. I am very disappointed in the service that I received tonight. Something need to be done about this.

I have called and I was put on hold for 37 minutes. When I called I was in downtown at the CNN. I drove all the way until I get to the restaurant no body ever get back to me. When I got there I was still on hold, there was a lady and a gentleman at the podium. I ask the man if he was the manager and he said he is. I saw him my phone that I have been on gold for 37 minutes. He pick up the phone and find out am still on the phone. He acted like am crazy and give me all kind of excuses. I dont understand how they are able to tell that so.e one is on hold while they were standing right on top of the phone. Bad service. No apologies.

Unfortunate experience. We called ahead to ask how long the wait would be for our party. We were told there would be no wait. We would be seated immediately. They took our name and party size. When we arrived we were told it would be 15-20 minutes. When I asked why there was a wait, I was told that call ahead is not a guarantee. I encouraged them to be sure to notify the guest on the phone rather than when they arrive expecting to be seated. ----------- May 12, 2017 - returned to give it another shot. Unfortunately, food was not served warm, steak was not cooked correctly, waitress was absent most of the visit.

Amy took our order and was on her way to no less than an 18% tip until our salads arrived. When we got our entrees, I asked Amy why our appetizer never came. She immediately confessed that shed forgotten to place the order. From there on, the meal was pleasant. It ended when Amy brought us out tab without so much as even asking is if we wanted to try a dessert. Thats Waiting 101. She was pleasant but appeared to be in more of a hurry to close than to serve. Well be back but not too soon in the near future. Better luck next time, I hope.

Came for birthday dinner. I ordered a pick two combination, grilled shrimp and grilled scallops with roast gold potatoes. Got six puny shrimp on a skewer and four scallops, one which had a diameter not much bigger than a dime. Got six Yukon Gold potatoes, two which were about the size of a nickel, and they were so heavily peppered I could only eat one. Husband was so embarrassed he gave me some of his shrimp Alfredo. Icky gluey sauce. Thanks for nothing.

Order fried flounder. The menu picture show a thick piece of the fish. I got 4 pieces of fish strips. Fish is dry. No taste. Order squash and other kind of vegetable and got 6 pieces. Server never came back to check on. When she finally did, she didnt even offer more water. I expressed to her my disappointment and later I got to talk to the manager. The menu picture is deceiver.

Food was excellent service left lots to be desired. No utensils for food for about 20 mins while the food sat on the table getting cold, order was wrong, server did not come to check when food arrived, so sat with incorrect order for 15 mins, never got water, server brought one dish and didnt bring the second entree for 20 mins...service sucks but bar pours great drinks.
