I have to say that the food was good. But service was awful. Not once but 3 times. I am in town for work, stationed literally 1000 feet from this restaurant for 2 months. I wanted so bad for this place to be a nice place to relax after work. 3 separate visits. Every time the food was good, but nobody was friendly, the bartender was cold & act as though serving me was an inconvenience. Each time I left paying around $40 for dinner & drinks, tipped well, was a gentleman & got awful service. Bartender told me he would not give me more limes because I didnt seem to like them? Im drinking Cabo, you can spare the lime wedge. Could have been my favorite local spot, but unfortunately I gave them 2 tries too many. Good food means nothing without the experience.

Our family have been coming to this restaurant for years, we started at the older location that most people wouldnt go to because it looked rundown. Continued to go once the new place was completed. We were so excited to bring family from out of state, bragged about the food and the service. Wow. What a major disappointment. None of us finished our orders, the menu choices changed as apparently did the ingredients, preparation of food, and the waiter came across as if we were an annoyance to him. The chips and salsa were okay, the chunky guacamole tasted as if they had doused it in lime juice and the flies were everywhere. I was embarrassed because I spoke so highly to our visiting relatives prior to dinning there. We wont be back.

Went here for business lunch and was actually shocked when they asked for smoking or non smoking table. Of course we said none smoking. Time was around 1130 on a weekday and we were seated right away. Fast service, the complimentary chips and salsa are definitely not the best thing about this restaurant. I had the lunch Special #4, basically a chicken burrito, with extra rice and no beans. The burrito was very well prepared and the amount of shredded chicken was not on the light side. For under $10 with a soda, how can you go wrong. Recommended and I would eat here again and try something different. Coworkers all enjoyed their meals as well. Only gave them 1 start because there was not a 1/2 star option! 3 of us went there on Friday July 7th, 2017 for dinner. The waiter was terrible. Never have I been so convinced that this guy was in the wrong profession in my life. He didnt want to give us any time to look at the menu. The kitchen staff continued to bring out his food because he didnt check for it (and it was NOT that busy), he never checked on us to see if our food was ok, although it WAS COLD and he flipped the check on the table before we could order dessert! The guy at the door that rang us out seemed annoyed to ring out our check. It was all around a bad experience.

Typical Mexican restaurant. Nothing spectacular but service is very good. Chunky guacamole is delicious. I asked for my food to be warmed up because it was room temperature and I got back a very hot plate and slightly warmer food. Enchiladas had a cardboard texture but my husband had a chimichanga and enjoyed it. Rice was very dry and beans tasted like straight from the can. I have ate here before and food was better. Hopefully this was just an off night for them.

Service was good and the food was wonderful. They allow indoor smoking, just like every other restaurant I have been to in Central City. I personally do not smoke, and cant stand being around it. Once you are seated in the non-smoking section you can hardly smell it, it was just strong at the entrance. Wonderful place in all other regards. I definitely recommend it if you are traveling through.

Great food, generous portions and relatively cheap for what you get. The staff is very friendly too. Im from an area outside Chicago with an abundance of great Mexican restaurants & this place totally surprised me! I didnt expect them to be this good in a relatively rural part of KY. Ill be back for sure!

Amazing place. My wife Christal worked there nearly 3 years. Started as a bartender 2 days a week, then went to waitress 6 days a week. Great managers, would help anyway they could. She misses the hell out of this place!!!

Food was amazing but service was subpar. Had to ask REPEATEDLY for drink refills( and we were drinking sodas). For a table of 4 they only brought one very small bowl of salsa and never offered refills on it or the chips.

Decent Mexican food and friendly service. The margaritas werent very strong but the menu definately has something for everyone. Its within walking distance to several of the hotels in town which is really convenient.
