I woke up yesterday morning to find that my Keurig was broken, so I decided to venture down Trenton to Getsome Coffee. Upon my entrance to this establishment, I found that I was greeted by a very foul odor, almost as though they had just been burning the coffee beans in a garbage can in the back of the restaurant. Although this was quite unpleasant, I decided that since I had made the trip, I might as well get some coffee. I approached the counter, where I was warmly greeted by the employee who was working, who I believe was named Sasha or Sara (If youre reading this Sara/Sasha, thank you for being a delight). Anyway, the warm, inviting attitude of the woman who helped me was the height of my experience. After ordering my coffee, I was forced to sign for my purchase on an iPad with my finger, something that was very strange to me. After thoroughly butchering my signature, I sat down at one of the tables, my behind being greeted by what can only be described as the hardest substance known to man. It was as though they had manufactured the chairs in a laboratory, infusing what I assume to be the same material Tony Stark used to build the Iron Man suit with some sort of cheap wood substitute. After what seemed like an eternity, but more accurately less than two minutes, my drink was ready. I grabbed my frappe and took a sip. It tasted very much the same as every other frap that Ive had, it was just two or three dollars more than what one would pay at Mcdonalds. After indulging in my beverage, I decided to talk to the man in charge to ask about the price. He must have just gotten done putting down his dog, because he was very abrasive and hard to deal with. After speaking with him, I decided it would be best to leave the establishment, before he saw fit to burn the place to the ground for the insurance money. I would give it a negative 5 stars if I could. I am.new to the area and went in to try their espresso one morning. I like to.get quad espresso over ice. when I placed my order the girl at the counter acted like she has never.heard of this and said so.u.really want 4 shots? I said.yes. then I ordered my daughter a kids.size chocolate milk with ice.and whipped cream. so she.says what size? I.said kids. finally came.the.total. 9.78!!! I was floored. but paid anyways. lady came to.make my drink and.once again I was questioned on my order.like I was stupid and.didnt know what I.was ordering. u want ice in your milk?? yes and.whipped cream ? yes. her eyes rolled and she.slammed cup on counter milk went everywhere. after.about.15 mins and.several costmers later I finally got.our.drinks. the espresso so so nasty I couldnt drink it. it tasted like it had been sitting on the.pot for about a.week. and yes I know espresso is not brewed in a pot. I will never go back here and.warn everyone who wants good coffee and service not to go here!!!

The coffee is not bad at all but the staff (especially the owners) are very unfriendly. I have been in here a few times. The 1st time the female owner was like screaming at one of her employees right in front of everyone. I felt bad for the employee and ended up leaving after getting my coffee instead of using my computer. The 2nd time the male owner was like yelling at a customer over tea bags that she had bought there previously and she just wanted to buy some hot water so she could make her tea. He like flipped out on her and it was soooo awkward. The 3rd and last time I went in there I think one of the employees was in the process of quitting and it was a big drama scene. Seriously, this place is awful when it comes to customer service and its kind of over priced anyway. I would avoid this place and find another.

I must say I love this place. Im addicited to their lattes and all their food/bakery items. I enjoy them better then Starbucks. Not only is everything awesome tasting, but the people who work there have the best costumer service of any place I have ever been. The owners are very hard working and super nice. I go here often and the lady who owns it seems to alwasy be there hard at work. She is always sweet to my little girl and I. Its also a very clean place. Thanks Getsome Coffee for excellent service!

I am a parent of a former employee and just wanted to let all of their customers know how poorly they treat their employees. The owner has caused several people to quit because of how badly they were treated. I used to go in their shop all of the time, but it was sickening how nice the owner was to the customers because I knew what terrible things happened behind the scenes. There are other coffee shops in Clarksville and I recommend everyone consider taking you business elsewhere.

Potent coffee! YUM!! This will keep the "yawns" at bay. Stopped in on road to Nashville. We can get Starbucks anywhere so wanted a local shop. Barista greeted us when we entered. Had our Mocha Turtle ready in mins. "Pink straw for you & green for your Honey." Cute :) And after being on the road ALL day it was a treat to use a clean restroom that even smelled clean. If wed had time this would have been a great quiet shop to sit & chat. Two other patrons working on their laptops.

My husband and I had been wanting to try this place so we walked in and started to look at the menu and they didnt give us a friendly greeting or anything, she asked "is this going to be cash or credit?" she was just standing there staring at us while we looked over the menu and then I looked over and there was this other girl worker just standing there doing nothing but staring at me! It made me feel HIGHLY uncomfortable and we left. Never ever going back there!

My wife and I love this place so much. We each teach a weeknight Bible study there, and we would not do so anywhere that did not have a wholesome atmosphere. Tony & Michelle work very hard and always display positive attitudes towards EVERYONE, not just their customers. As for the coffee and food,other local AND national shops could take lessons from the staff at Getsome!

I love their coffee! The man that works there pays attention to detail when hes making my favorite drink (Viennese). The coffee is never too sweet unlike the Starbucks crap. Who cares if theyre friendly or not! Ive never had any problems or ill treatment...just good coffee:) I wish they would set up a location at the mall where I work so I could get some more often!!!

This is the best coffee shop around! Im a huge Starbucks fan but they are so expensive. So I tried a few places. This one is the best! The coffee is amazing, the staff is always so nice, the place is awesome looking. The owners are terrific. They are so thoughtful. I went in with my baby and they wanted to walk my coffee out to my car for me. I love this place.

I LOVE this place. Their coffee is extremely yummy, and the employees are very nice and extremely helpful. I remember being a "new coffee drinker" and I had a million questions to ask about each and every drink they offered, and the employee took the time to explain everything, and even made a few suggestions of what I might like.
