I love panera bread but today i was disappointed with the service when through the drive thru. I had a rude drive thru attendant. She was in a hurry to try and get me to order when I had questions about certain items on the menu. My order came put wrong and I was not as satisfied with it as I am a regular customer that dines in about 2 to 3 time a week. Hopefully next time things will be better.

The young man who waited on me was very nice. I was inline behind another lady. There were two other young ladies working with the guy. Neither offered to wait on me but when another white man walked up one of them was quick to wait on him then go back to the other end of the counter. Never offered to wait on me. Very disappointed.

I absolutely love the atmosphere and food at Panera! Consistency is key in business and they are always consistent in providing quality and great tasting food and drinks AND their catering services are just as amazing to the smallest detail. Thank you for being a great part of our community! =)

LOVED PANERA BREADDDDDDD! So good, great portions, okay price, super nice workers. My cashier tall guy think his name was nihad was very nice and recommend a super yummy sandwich and soup! Thanks tall guy, it was a great meal!!!!

My experience here is always meh. The food is never bad necessarily, but I dont think attention is paid to details. For example, many times my salad comes with little dressing or my veggie soup is missing the pesto.

Our van broke down in their parking lot and they gave us the worst dirty looks as we fiddled with our starter solenoid in front of the shop. We got it running. The pastries were just OK.

If you ask for the sauce on the side (of the sandwich), be sure to tell them you still want everything else to remain. I received a flatbread with only 3 "slices" of chicken. Seriously.

The food at panera is ok, nothing special. The problem with this place is the prices. They way overcharge, I dont mind paying for good food. But their food isnt worth the price.
