Avoid between 8 and 9 am on weekdays. The crew in this location seems to have have turned over multiple times in the past six months and it shows in their service volumes. Drive-through traffic is often backed up into the street and inside, counts service is similarly slow. Strangely, they only put out half-and-half for mixing into your coffee (rather than half and half, skim, and fat-free), which means the barista has to be asked for the jug of non-fat. Its a little thing, but the little things add up to big delays and for me, a two-star rating.

I never go to this Starbucks. I usually go to the one in Maryland farms but since I was in the area I decided to stop by this location. I always get the same drink and it always varies between good and okay but THIS Starbucks location made my drink phenomenal and I honestly cant remember the last time I had it this good. I have to say it, I could rip my clothes off and pour my drink all over me its so delicious. This is a magical experience:)

We stood in line, ordered, got ready to pay, the cashier said they dont have change for a fifty. So I said... With all these people in here you dont have twenty five dollars in change? She blatantly said no obviously lying. There isnt any way that could have been true. I would discourage anyone from going to this Starbucks. Horrible service.

Great location and plenty of seating inside. Only issue is the parking lot entrance gets backed up with the drive-thru line, so it might take a while just to get into the parking lot if you want to go inside. Also, having an Einstein Bros right in the shared parking lot makes it a nightmare in the morning if things get busy.

Always perfect, I miss working in Cool Springs and being able to come here in the morning; TJ is my favorite but I think he moved to the one in Brentwood; the one on Dominican Drive in Nashville needs to come and do training at this one because they are horrible, they make me REALLY appreciate the service here

Staff is always nice here, and the food is what you always expect from Starbucks. The challenge is the drive through. It is consistently slow; I usually feel like you are best just to go through even long lines at Starbucks. This is one where you may want to go in, even if the line isnt long.

They are slowly getting better. Before I would always get the wrong order but now it is much better. The crowd is ridiculously large in the mornings, probably due to two breakfast places sharing the same parking lot. It is usually quicker to go in than wait in the drive-in when it is busy.

While they close at 9, theyre sending the signal they want you out of there at 8.... When Im paying $5 for a glorified cup of coffee I dont want to feel rushed or hurried out of the establishment. Look, I get it-- I worked retail and you want to go home. Still, thats not the Starbucks MO.

This location always varies with satisfaction. .one day your cup runith over,literally, the next your glad your on your way home so you can add coffee to your $5.00 cup of milk. I would love a refund but hey not driving 30min to be disappointed again.

Fantastic Starbucks! Fast, accurate service and friendly crew. Jack is our favorite! He remembered our drinks after our second visit and makes visiting this Starbucks extra special. We are regulars and look forward to our daily coffee treat!

Tried to stop in for my favorite drink and the website says this location is open. Walked in to a rude manager saying it`s closed. No hours posted anywhere on the doors, and the door was open. Wouldn`t even let us use the restroom. Not a fan!

Like all Starbucks, notoriously she to prepare a beverage, even when not busy. Ordered an "Undertow" which should have cream in the bottom and espresso on top; the barista mixed the cream and espresso. Staff is cordial. The ambiance is nice.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Franklin area. The crew is always friendly, fast and if they make a mistake, they catch it before it ever comes to you. I am happy to go back to this location any day!
