We just happened to go after their computers in the drive-thru went down. They were handling it very well and the lady at the register was extremely nice! She was laughing and in a great mood for the situation they were in. Our experience was wonderful and I only give it 4 stars because they were out of mashed potatoes... I love their famous bowls and was slightly disappointed by that.

Manager attitude alert. Her name is Jennifer. She had a attitude with customers chicken was pink and not breaded correctly. When i bought this to her attention she was mean and rude she hung up on me. Raw chicken is not food for anyone. I for one dont want salmonella and im pregnant. So realluy not good.

Cant beat KFC taste, but what sets this location apart is the service. Not sure what the other reviews are talking about, but my family has been coming here for years and the employees are always exceptionally friendly! In our opinion, theyve regularly got the best staff in Alexandria.

Whomever put my order together didnt secure the lid on the gravy cup. It soaked through the bag and onto the floor board of my boyfriends car. When we picked the bag up, everything tore through the side because it was so saturated in gravy. Ridiculous.

The young girl at the drive thru window had a bad attitude. No greeting at alll. Snatched my credit card from me. Handed me the bag of food without saying a single word. She then slammed the window in my face.
