Worst fast food experience ever! Not exaggerating. After we finally got the drive thru to understand the order, we waited 10 minutes for our food as I pointed out an employee who was just staring at the order screen for 5 of those minutes... And when we got it we left. When we checked our food (thinking it would be fresh after the wait), our order was all wrong. In fact, two of our items ended up being just salad and sauce in a tortilla. I was so mad I took it back for a refund, went inside... And it was gross. There was food on the floor everywhere and the icee machines were empty and dried with a crust. When i said i want my money back, they didnt even argue or ask why, but gave me my money back and a coupon for a free item. It was bad. Ihave never returned a meal for a refund in my life.

Horrible experience. Arrived ten minutes before closing time expecting to be able to slip in at the last moment. Waited 5 minutes but nobody answered the drive-thru speaker so I went to the window and honked. Still no answer and no one in sight. Called their number and spoke to the manager who said they never heard me and were already closing down. (early apparently.) Refused me service entirely. My horn is very loud. Theres no way they didnt hear me even if their drive through system was broken. They flat out didnt want to give me service. I will never be going back to this location.

This was the worst "Mexican" food. There were only 2 young men working in the place and Some lady in the back that wasnt appropriately dressed to help etc. We decided to eat in restaurant. It was about 8:30 PM. We ordered CHICKEN enchiladas and got beef and they forgot the party burrito we ordered. They were also out of guacamole. We understand being shorthanded but finding out the food Was not worthy of anyones taste buds was disappointing. We feel sorry for the 2 young men in there as this was most likely put upon them. This needs fixed ASAP.

Not even worth the one star, the food was cold the beans was like it came straight out of the can,the chips was steel and the stake was burnt. It is pretty sad when the only thing that is good out of the whole order is the cheesecake.and then on top of that the drive thru person was rude didnt ask what kind of sauce we wanted and didnt tell use how long the wait was going to be,we waited for 13 mins and the cheesecake only takes 5 mins. It was Sunday at 5 clock

On 2 separate occasions I called ahead for large orders hoping it would allow them to work it in and be faster. I was disappointed and waited over 20min for the larger orders and it held up other customers service which I was trying to avoid. Food is decent, service was OK, they threw in some free cheese dip when I had to wait so long..

Very dissapointed. Taquitos were overcooked, the tortillas are too thick and the guacamole was way too salty. I let the staff know that the ice machine had been spilling over and the floor was very wet. Instead of mopping it dry they just pushed the water around with a broom making it a bigger spot for someone to slip and fall.

Ordered two meals through the drive thru. Only received one of the meals, and the meal we received we did not get half of it. Terrible, I called them and they told me I would be able to get the meal we did not receive but I am not even wasting my time going back there. Thanks Taco Bueno :)

Was "ok", not bad, just "ok". I say that because of the price. On borderline between too much and just right. What i ordered came out quick and seemed fresh. I like those places with a, serve your self salsa bar, with jalapenos and what not.+ I would go again.

I love the food but this place has gone downhill. Friday night, the drive thru was closed and it took 15 minutes to get my food even though there was only one small order ahead of me. Seems like the franchisee isnt putting much effort into the place.

Ive never been here before so I asked if they have chimichangas. They do not. But the guy taking my order was awesome said he could make one of the borittos into one. BEST CHIMICHANGA EVER, even Deadpool would appove. Awesome service, will be back.

Wichita store 3165. VERY salty food. Too much garlic in pico. Dirty floors. FILTHY WOMENS BATHROOM . Wont be back. Went to toss trash into their outside dumpster OMG!!!!!!! One customer tossed his food in trash because it was so horrible.

I found Taco Bueno is adding extra taxes their individual items such as tacos etc. Please be wise and dont go for just anything the cashier tells you that your order comes to. Take your calculator do your taxes on what you order.

The regular combo burrito was bigger than the Bob burrito. Also the cheesecake chimi was priced wrong and the person taking my order didnt seem to be happy working there.

We prefer Taco Bueno to both Taco Tico and Taco Bell. Better quality ingredients and tastier options... too bad its 3 hours from our location so we dont often visit.

The meat is cooked there so very fresh and filling! And they dont skip out on the tomatoes and cheese like taco tico does! Everything is made there so good
