I just want to eat their hormone injected caged chickens but their lines are always so long. It literally takes 20 minutes to get to that point of ordering just to be told they are only serving taco bell because they cleaned their fryers early or are closed for kfc despite the hours they have posted. Four times, we have given this place a chance and all four it has failed so miserably they might as well sell the land to a better food chain that can actually produce results... like the mcDonalds I am at now where the wait time was 2 minutes and the food is exactly what I ordered. The lines are so long at this kfc/taco bell I have to double check Im not at the taco bell off of North Tarrant which has equally long lines. I have never known a company to not react to their business until now.

The poor attitude was evident as soon as I started my order. Ultimately I didnt get an item. When I called back I recognized the voice and it was Angela who identified herself as the manager. Based on her attitude about the situation I asked for HER manager. She told me his name and hung up. Also, having eaten at least 100 cheesy gordita crunches Im something of an expert, and the one I got from them is in the running for worst Ive ever had. Drive 2 more miles to Beach street and get some food worth eating from people worth working with.

Ive lived in the area 13 years now and ever since my first visit it has always been notorious for its awful service. In 13 years you would think that they would have somehow improved it at least a little bit. this place has always had the worst service out of any of the franchises in a 20 miles radius. It is well worth the extra time driving 10 more minutes to the next closest franchise.

The drive through person doesnt understand English very well, today. Plus their menu prices are two dollars more, on the kfc menu, than the Rufe Snow location. Never returning, simply because of the prices.

Not thebest experience I had....they were rude....I asked for a cup holder and was completely ignored. Bad day maybe....but still customer service is a big deal...and not the best at this location.

The manager Angela was very rude and unprofessional. One of the worst fast food experiences Ive had. I will not return and I dont recommend this place to anyone.
