I used to visit this location quite often, but havent in a few months. I wont be going back. I was there today & they had staffing issues. I work retail, I understand things happen, but 20 minutes after ordering a burger & a drink I still hadnt received it. I buzzed them & asked how long it would be & was told "a few minutes". 10 minutes later, I still hadnt received it & they wouldnt answer when I buzzed. I had to flag down a carhop to tell her I wanted to cancel my order & get my money back because I didnt have time to wait. It took another 10 minutes to get my order cancelled & a receipt showing the payment voided. I was then told my order had been "just sitting there" because it was taken to the wrong car. So.. I wasted my time, didnt have lunch & didnt even get an apology. It could have been handled much better.

DO NOT GO HERE -- I waited 35 minutes for 2 drinks and they never arrived. I left without drinks -- i continually pressed the button for service and the screen indicated that they would be right with me - but 5 times it would say "press the button to order" when they finally answered they said it would be right out -- 2 DRINKS NO FOOD -- another 20 minutes passed and I rang again -- 5 minutes passed and they told me they lost my order. NEVER BOTHERED TO ANSWER ANY OF THE OTHER 8 CALLS TO TELL ME. The owner should close this location - seriously WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD. I WISH I COULD RATE AS NEGATIVE STARS!

This is the WORST Sonic ever. They consistently get your order wrong and now it seems that they dont even TRY to get it right. I can understand getting one thing wrong every once in a while. My most recent order included a SS Jalapeno Cheeseburger, with mayo, ketchup, and lettuce. I got it with mustard, lettuce, pickles, and tomato. My daughters cheeseburger was with ketchup only, came with mustard and pickles. Also ordered her cheese tots and only got regular tots. You may as well just give them $20 and ask them to bring you whatever they want because you sure as hell wont get what you ordered.

Probably the worst Sonic that Ive ever been to. Took 30 minutes for a medium onion ring and a kids wacky pack meal! Then when the food finally came out it was missing the toy, the fries were wrong, and the drink was wrong. The car hop was rude and unapologetic, rolling her eyes every time we told her what was missing or messed up. You could clearly see the older managers just sitting around the kitchen as this place was in shambles. Just go up one more exit and find the next closest Sonic if you dont want to be disappointed.

I literally did not know Sonics customer service could be this terrible. This Sonic is hands down the worst Sonic in the United States of America. I waited 15 minutes for my order to be taken, and then changed stalls after it still had not been taken only to wait 15 more minutes before deciding to just leave. As I was pulling out, I noticed multiple customers who also had not yet had their orders taken, and then I saw employees gathered outside socializing. Do not ever waste your time here.

Ive been here twice, the first time I ordered two meals, was the only person here and not only did they take FOREVER they charged me for everything individually so they could make more money. The second time my husband and I went for ice cream and the girl taking our order was beyond rude, got the order wrong and cut us off before we could correct her, was even worse when we called back to correct our order, and STILL managed to get the order wrong.

This sonic is the slowest sonic I have ever seen in my life, I ordered a rout 44 sprite no ice and it took exactly 12 minutes to get my drink, there was only one car hop who was busting his butt to get orders out and scan the other car hop was just walking as slow as she could, and after I got my drink someone els started scanning and she came out looking like trash uniform not tucked in and everything.

I was served Sweet tea that smelled and tasted like Watermelon! I pushed the button, but no response... So my sister went inside to tell them about the tea. They replaced the tea.... And that one was just like the first cup of tea. Guess I wont be getting anymore sweet tea from there!!

Running slow tonight. Lousy service. Waited 35 minutes for 2 shakes. Had to go inside. "Manager" began yelling at me to go back outside. Brought out wrong order that had been sitting for quite a while. Already paid or would have left. Wont be back.

HAD TO WAIT 30 MINUTES FOR A SUPER SIMPLE ORDER. I WENT INSIDE AND MY BURGER WAS SITTING ON THE COUNTER AND THEY DIDNT EVEN MAKE MY SHAKE UNTIL I COMPLAINED TO THE MANAGER. HORRIBLE SERVICE!! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE GO HERE!!!

our order wasnt put in, we waited 15-20 minutes. basically had to reordee but was upgraded from a small to large ice cream slush for the same price because of the ir mistake
