I was really skeptical after seeing bad reviews. We went after 7PM on a Sunday. Burgers were hot and better than expected, actually pretty good aside from the bbq styled one. Frys were hot, bacon and burgers smokey... No problem getting frys refilled. Red velvet cake gobbled up and the mountain high Mississippi mud pie was loved by the kids. Service was good. My complaints would be restrooms were GROSS, wet floors, paper all over, and paper towel holders non working. Middle toilet seat was broken and slid over. A bottle of Miller Lite was $4. Also, the wait staff started cleaning hard core like closing time cleaning and sweeping at 8:30 when the place closed at 10? I hated that. I felt rushed and like I was being pushed out. I liked the food well enough and being new to KS this was my first and likely last RR visit. That said a party of 5 with two desserts and one beer (with water as drinks too) cost over $90. I had a $50 gift card from Xmas so not as painful but nope, wont go back at that price for a burger. Freddys is half the price and is oh so good... I mean oh so dang good and better. Oh, may as well say this place was really loud too. It sounded like a high school cafeteria. So not as bad as some said but certainly not worth the money with a good Freddys in town.

My wife and I have lived in 4 states in the US and have traveled to probably 45 of the 50, and have eaten at countless red robins along with many up scale restaurants and probably hundreds of dives and diners in LA, NY, Memphis, Little Rock, Seattle, Denver, Vegas, (etc.) and plenty of places through out Mississippi, Louisiana and Arkansas (Dixon street, Beele street, Bourbon street). We now live in Wichita and the red robin here is phenomenal. The service is awesome every time we eat here, Never an empty glass, never left wondering if your waiter/waitress is aware that your in the building and the place is exactly what it should be, an upscale burger place. anyone who goes expecting the food to be anything like what you would find at Ruths Chris would be unwise... Its not a place you go and pick up a $150 tab for two with a glass of scotch. But I can walk in with a ball cap a t- shirt and my vans from a long day of fun and get phenomenal service and pretty much anything on the menu and have a $30 tab, while not leaving hungry, loving the food and atmosphere and get stellar top notch service. we will be back time and time again you cant go wrong with Wichita red robin.

Worst service Ive experienced yet from a restaurant. This is my first time to ever not leave a tip. Heres why: - Saw my waiter a total of 2 minutes during my meal. - Never got a soda refill or "bottomless fries" - Didnt bring my date their drink (the busboy brought it- thanks) - I finished my plate and the second busboy was the one to remove the mess after 7 minutes. (Thanks- again) - After seeing the plate being taken away by the busboy the waiter brought the check. Even though my date was only about 1/3rd through with their food. - Waited over 10 minutes for him to pick up the check so we could pay...The Manager had to take it because the waiter never came back to our table. - We could see him waiting on other tables with larger parties. Just because we ordered some burgers and there was just 2 of us he decided not to bother with our table. The food was good. Most of the other people were doing their jobs. The manager was very friendly. This waiter left a bad impression for me. Ill pass & try a different sit down & dine restaurant in the future.

Food was good, not great. Service was mediocre. Granted we were a group of about almost 20 people but theres no excuse for not bringing silverware out for food to be eaten with when they deliver the food. Group consisted of kids and adults both yet they only bring one napkin out for each kid all under eight years of age, really? We had to request extra napkins from them along after they brought out the silverware and napkins if you minutes after they delivered the food that we wanted to eat with the silverware. After four request for more the bottomless fries we finally got some once. Fries are quite popular with kids you know. The only drinks that seemed to be bottomless were glasses of water and that was only once when they came by to refill the water. Multiple requests were made for refills of the bottom was lemonade. Those requests were never fulfilled at all. When we arrived the place was busy but cleared out to probably about two thirds full about halfway through our meal.

Worst service in Wichita Kansas and worse food ever. We waited for 30 minutes after seating and no server. The manager noticed and came to our table and took our drink and food order and apologized and told us that Emily would be our server. Then everything went fine until Dominoica brought our food to our table and the order was incorrect. I explained that to her and she took it back to the kitchen only to have the manager return to the table with the same food which was refused a second time. The only time we ever saw "Emily" who the manager indicated would be serving us was when she brought our check. I paid the check but we will never return. Apparently Red Robin doesnt understand the difference between the who is profit and who is overhead. With as many new eating establishments popping up in the area our food dollars will be taken elsewhere as well at our experience relayed to all our friends.

Went to eat here with our 3 kiddos (ages 1, 3, & 5) after an afternoon at the movies. This was our 3rd visit to RR as a family, but our first at this location. There was about a 5 minute wait and time went fast as there was a giant chalkboard in the front for the kids to doodle on. Christopher was our server; he was very friendly and attentive. It was always easy to catch his attention when we wanted something extra. The food was great. We both had the specialty smoke&pepper burger, that comes with a 1/2lb Angus patty.

My friend and I come back over and over because of the way we are treated here. The servers are always great, friendly, and attentive. The food is consistently delicious, we are always confident its going to come out exactly as we ordered and taste great. But the most amazing thing and what keeps us such loyal guests is how the managers Monte and Colin go above and beyond to make us not just feel welcomed but feel special! I cant say enough about how great they are. They treat us like family and always stop by to say hi and chat with us when we are there. That personal touch is what will keep us coming back for years and years. You just dont get that anywhere else!
