Like the other review , i have to admit their customer service needs a nice new makeover, if you ask them where something is they usually just point and say its in that aisle and despite the smallness of the store they wont even walk you over to show you, the bread itself is fantastic though, and if it werent for that they would be out of buisness, they have quite a diversity of bread avaliable although some days they might not have the bread you want, another gripe about this store is there prices on some of there stuff, its just ridiculous! to finish off, its a great mini grocery store which like gas stations, sell stuff at above normal price due to being able to just walk in, get what you want, and get out instead of having to spend soo much time there, but the people who work their need to get slapped in the face for how poorly they sometimes treat their costumers.

I called to see about pricing for some custom made bread or cakes for Christmas gifts. The gentleman that answered the phone, told me that "they didnt do that" and hung up on me. Gee, it seems like in todays tough economy local business would want to get out of their comfort zone and do meet customers needs to make a profit....... HORRIBLE SERVICE....

Ive read the posts others have posted about this place,And like they say "Everybodys entitled to their own opinion". I myself Love the store,ive never had a problem with "customer service",the owners are very nice and considerate people. And I LOVE THEIR BREAD AND CAKES!!!! KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!! To be honest this place sucks, they have a very limited selection of bread and customer service is mediocre. They didnt have conchas and I had to settle for something else. The bread itself is not too bad though, so if you like decent bread with bad service, this is your place.
