I love Shipleys and that is why I purchased books of the $5.00 gift packs. I have used them everywhere as I travel however the lady at the window at the Tomball location told me that I could only use 1 packet of 5.00 at a time. First of all, it doesnt say that and no one has ever not allowed me to use them. Secondly, isnt it like a gift card? Thirdly, she barely could understand what I was saying so she asked her Manager to come over (said her name was Elizabeth) and she confirmed that only 5.00 can be used at a time. I cannot believe that I am only allowed to use these Shipleys dollars, 5.00 at a time.

I dont usually write reviews but I decided to this time. Visited 9/10/16 around 6:30 pm. The selection of donuts was great, especially for the time of day. The woman at the counter rubbed her nose and then proceeded to give us our donuts without washing her hands or using gloves. Then, as she was ringing us up, I saw a huge roach crawling on the counter behind her. I understand getting some bugs in the restaurant is inevitable... but its really disgusting to see them right before I eat. Especially in a place where the donuts are just sitting out in the open.

I live in tomball and have never had a problem with my orders or service. I believe we do need to express bad services from restaurants and other food companies, but sometimes I wonder if the people who tend to have bad days every day may just pick a place and give a bad review and cause good places to close. So before writing a review, think of the people who have jobs and that own the business.

There was a long line in the drive through and was slow as Christmas. After 30 min in line we got up to the window the lady did not understand 2 sausage and a dozen donut holes. She was trying to give us much more and then argued saying we ordered more than what we did. I would not recommend this place due to very poor service.

The Hispanic ladies are beautiful and very sweet and friendly. They make me feel right at home and theyre very nice they know how to treat customers and make you want to come back again over and over. If I could I would give them more than five stars because they deserve it!!!!

Staff was not the most friendly, but the strawberry and blueberry stuffed doughnuts are great. The spicy sausage and cheese is good but nothing amazing. The sausage is kinda boring. The place was well kept and seemed clean though.
