We loved working with Edible Designs by Jessie! They are affordable, easy to work with, and their cakes are so beautiful and tasty! We had a four tier cake, each one with a different flavor, as well as an awesome Aggie Ring grooms cake and got so many compliments on both. What is even sweeter is what Jessie did for us after our wedding. Edible Designs had boxed our top tier before our event so that we could enjoy the tradition of freezing it and eating it on our one year wedding anniversary. Unfortunately, when we opened the box the day after our wedding the cake had been destroyed, not by Edible Designs but elsewhere (the box was mishandled which ruined the cake). I was devastated, this was so important to me. I emailed Jessie to get a quote on having the top tier remade so that I could have something for our one year anniversary, even if it wasnt the original. Jessie understood and out of the kindness of her heart she remade the top tier for us free of charge! This is something she easily could have charged us for and did not. We are forever grateful, not only for that kindness but also for the amazing cakes we had for our wedding. Thank you everyone at Edible Designs for going above and beyond for our special day (and for our first anniversary too)!

My fiance went for a meeting asking about a bridal cake and groomsmen cake. She got 2 separate quotes. Definitely on expensive end. We loved their groomsmen cake and asked about it. They said we have a policy that we dont do groomsmen cake without bridal cake but she said she would check with Jessie because this was not conveyed to my fiancee. I called for 5 straight days, asking about a groomsmen cake and kept hearing the same thing, I will check with Jessie and call you back. Finally, after the 6th call, she said we cant do it. I asked if I can speak with Jessie and she said no. Go with vendors who provide great customer service vs. vendors who dont care about their customers.

From the intial greeting and tasting to the final delivery, Jessie amd staff were great! Courteous, friendly,and detail oriented. The cake was precisely as described. The design,decor, placement of silk flowers was perfect. She conveniently had our top layer boxed and ready to go with a faux layer decorated for the wedding. Most importantly, the cake was delicious.It was so moist, almost unbelievable. I froze some we had leftover while we were out of town. Thawed it out upon our return and it was still moist amd rich in flavor. I cant wait to get at our anniversary top layer we saved. My son is getting married next year and his wife to be has already said shes going with Jessie!

Jessie was wonderful to work with! She made both the bride and grooms cakes for our wedding. She made the process of choosing flavors and design very easy. Her cakes are so extremely moist and delicious!! I still dream about her cake and cant wait for our 1 year anniversary to pull it back out! We provided her with pictures for the grooms cake (a formula 1 pit stop) and she did an amazing job catching every little detail! Dont hesitate, make an appointment now before she books up. Jessie made the cake for my daughters wedding reception at the JW Marriott Downtown. We chose the Champagne cake with Apricot Mousse and the Chocolate cake with Chocolate Ganache Mousse. The cake looked amazing and turned out exactly like we wanted. Jessies cakes taste out of this world and all our guests raved about them. She has so many great cakes...it was hard to choose a flavor, but we sure enjoyed the tasting appointment! She is so talented she can create just about anything.

Edible Designs by Jessie make both the grooms cake and main wedding cake for my wedding in 2013. They did such a good job!! It was perfect, exactly what I asked for and delicious. Everyone complimented the cakes, especially the grooms cake which was chocolate with chocolate tuxedo strawberries on top. I highly recommend Edible Designs by Jessie for your special occasion. They also delivered it all the way to Galveston for us! All around great service.

We went in and went through all the details, tasted and decided on our wedding cake and went over delivery charges and even decided on pricing. We were told we had until the end of the month to pay for it so we booked it. We just found out today that they dont want to drive to our venue so they are canceling our oder. Seriously? They will hang you out to dry.
