Came in to the Redi clinic seeking medical attention but had a rude, unpleasant, unfriendly and vindictive receptionist. As soon as we spoke rudeness came from within. I had more than one encounter and each time she was rude. She changed her demeanor after I approached her about her unfriendliness. But it continued... I requested for my prescriptions to be filled at CVS off of the Grandparkway and Rayford, and she deliberately sent my prescriptions to Katy, Texas. I would give her the benefit of the doubt but I am more than sure that your system gives the surrounding pharmacies in the area. As bad as I am feeling, it delayed my medications... I had a hard time reaching them and had to go through the pharmacy Dept at H-E-B to have them return my call...but still nothing...I tried again and finally made arrangements to transfer my prescriptions to my pharmacy. On the contrary Kaydi, the nurse practioner, was very knowledgeable, kind and pleaseant. I can not thank her enough for taking the time to listen to all my concerns. Unfortunately I will not visit this location again due to my first and negative encounter at the front desk. What a horrible first impression.

Love my HEB.....but lasr weekend the cashier was very rude. She never smiles, or asks how are you etc. 2nd time we had her as a cahsier, never smiles, etc. My husband loves the quality of their food, etc., but customer service needs to get better. Usually we love our cashiers, but the last 2 weekends was horrible. We spend over 200.00 a week there every saturday, and that is not counting during the week when I go in for small things....think they need to speak with this cashier and give her a heads up on friendly customer service. Other than that....love the place!

I like the heb in general, but around 12:25 this morning the cashier was horrible. Her name tag said "Cathy" she was a blonde woman in her who looked about 30-40 and she threw our stuff, got angry with my mom and the girl who was bagging everything for no apparent reason. She got the weight of the food all wrong. We got a bag of grapes that werent even half filled and she had put it as 3.7 lb! She was so mean to all the people and to the bagging girl who simply asked a question! Whatever happened to customer service?!

Great place! Walked in a couple of minutes after closing (Christmas eve) and was greeted politely by the manager who informed me that it was past business hours and I could not shop. I accepted this as I was in the wrong and left without incident. Awesome place with awesome people, they deserve time with their families and not to tailor to "customers" who are forgetful and have no concept of time.

I typically LOVE HEB. This one had a rude deli employee. He talked to me like I was stupid. I also noticed they charge more for products than my normal HEB charges. Ill keep shopping at HEB in Market Street. Their self check out also seems outdated. Half of them said cash only. The one I used had some type of disgusting food product smeared on it. PLEASE CLEAN UP AFTER DISGUSTING CUSTOMERS!

Went to floral today to get a bouquet for my sick best friend. Ana helped me find everything I needed and put together a gorgeous arrangement. She is the sweetest and made me an arrangement more beautiful than Id hoped for. So glad you have her--Ana is such a gem. Ill definitely recommend you to all of my friends. Coming back for all my floral needs :)

Fuel Center declined visa credit card. Called bank, they said it was HEB. Called HEB and they said it was the bank. Third time this has happened. Credit card works everywhere else. Also, Store layout sucks. No path to the registers from the back center of the store, you have to walk around the entire store.

I called to see if they had what was sold out at the HEB on 1488. Olivia helped me, found the item reserved two and when I showed up 15 Minutes later my items were waiting for me, Esther at the Service desk had it all ready and I was in and out within 5 Minutes!!! Fantastic Service!!!!

This is a pretty good HEB. I think the selection at Lake Woodlands and Grogans Mill is a little better. But, its clean and has a good enough selection.
